“Changing gender once a year”. Who is behind the new self-determination law?

The German Minister for Family Affairs, Lisa Paus, and the Minister of Justice, Dr. Marco Buschmann, presented the key points for the new Self-Determination Law on June 30. The law is to be passed by the end of this year. It replaces the Transsexuals Law of 1980. The novelty of this law is that now once a year everyone can have their gender registration and name changed on their own accord. Psychological and medical reports are no longer mandatory. This means that in future, anyone older than 14 can change their gender entry and name by self-reporting. Adolescents under the age of 18 will still need the approval of their parents. However, if the parents do not consent, the government is planning legal options for teenagers. Political scientist Uwe Steinhoff has studied the contents of the new draft laws in detail. He has found that genital-altering surgical procedures are clearly included in the plans and can also be enforced against the will of the parents via family courts. Quote from a June 2020 draft of the law: "If the persons entitled to custody refuse their consent, the family court shall replace the consent ...". Likewise for hormone treatment, neither the consent of the parents nor that of the family court is required, as the draft explicitly states under "Amendment 3". Numerous doctors are critical. They warn that in the future thousands of teenagers without a stable identity, but encouraged by the new ID card in their pocket, will also demand and push through medical gender conversion. Already, thousands of girls in Germany alone are flooding the waiting lists of gender clinics because they want a sex change. Why is there no open discourse on this issue, or on many others? Why are critical voices not being heard here either? Dr. Paul R. McHugh is chief of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore. He regards transsexualism as a psychological perceptual disorder, similar to anorexia, for example. This disorder, he says, needs to be treated, not affirmed. Also the American medicine professor Lisa Littmann speaks of social contagion phenomena. However, she says, the key similarity besides social contagion lies in mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety disorders, which most girls have been previously diagnosed with. Among them are many girls who do not have an intact bond with their parents or a stable family retreat. The sexual medicine specialist Aglaja Stirn speaks of a transgender hype that cannot be explained from a medical point of view. Renate Försterling, a gender physician in Berlin, is seeing more and more female patients for whom the idea came rather spontaneously, who wanted to stand out and wanted unusual fantasy names. She speaks of a ten- to twenty-fold increase in the number of girls in recent years who want a different body. Comparable observations complement each other throughout the Western world. The fact that all these developments are not coincidental but rather intentional is shown, for example, in a 1984 report by the Rockefeller Foundation. This shows that programs to change gender roles have been in place for decades. Their intended goal is to reduce the population. In 2010, the UN organization UN WOMAN was created for this purpose, which aims to enforce gender equality worldwide and in a universally binding manner. In practice, however, this proves to be a perfidious cover for the destruction of natural gender identity. Infertility and childlessness are the consequences that serve the goal of worldwide population reduction. Our politicians, knowingly or not, are also implementing plans in the area of gender mainstreaming that others have written for them. In doing so, they serve neither the people concerned nor the people as a whole, but a secret global agenda. This has to be exposed and its influence on politics and society has to be made transparent.
