Аз тарафи дигар шуои мобилиро афканишоти иондоркунанда хисоб намекунанд, ва аз хамин сабаб хатарнок хисоб карда намешанд. Профессор, олим , духтур Хехт соли 2015 дар баромадй худ қайд карда буд: - Таъсири дарозмудати шуои мобилии телефонй ба монанди шуои радиоактивй, ба саломатй таъсири манфй мерасонад. Фаркияти он танҳо дар қувваи барқ аст. Аз ин рӯ, давомнокии таъсири хачми мобилй хеле муҳим аст. Тадқиқотӣ гурӯҳи Украина бо роҳбарии Игорь Якуменко (аз Донишкадаи санҷишии патология, саратоншиносии ва радиобиологй) чунин хулосахоро тасдиқ мекунад. Профессор Хехт ба хулоса омад:- «Имруз зарур аст, ки муаррифи оид ба ҳифзи зидди радиатсионӣ инчунин аз нуқтаи назари ҳуқуқӣ дида баромада шавад. Маҳдудияти ҷорӣ ҳаводис комилан ба шароити ҳозира чавобгӯй нестанд. Онҳо саломатии аҳоли ва экологияро ба назар намегиранд, танҳо манфияти иктисодй ва сиёсиро ҳимоя мекунанд».
