Kla.TV: We welcome Karl Hummitzsch from “United for Freedom” to our studio, a Human Rights organization, an independent Human Rights organization. And, Mr. Hummitzsch, thank you so much for taking the time today for this interview to answer our burning questions. Karl Hummitzsch: I would also like to thank you very much, in the name of our organization, for allowing us the opportunity to bring the topic of human rights to the forefront. Because, I believe, the population knows relatively little about it. This is a good time for it. Kla.TV: Wonderful! Human rights issues – you presumably spend a lot of time abroad in so-called “rogue states”. Karl Hummitzsch: No, absolutely not. So, we are not judging what is a rogue state, but we turn towards people who have problems, such as persecutions, human rights issues, that they are at the mercy of – the authorities, the courts, the public prosecutors. And we look at both sides of the case. Kla.TV: Ah yes, Okay. And where are you mainly operating? Karl Hummitzsch: So, we are responsible for and represented in Hungary, Poland and Germany. I am responsible for the German region, and, amongst other things, I deal with issues of the jurisdiction of the cases that we have here in Germany. Kla.TV: Okay. Human rights abuses in Germany – How am I supposed to imagine this as a layperson? After all we have the best democracy of all time. How can there be human rights abuses in Germany? Do you perhaps have an example? Karl Hummitzsch: Well, there’s not a mass of human rights abuses, but we are finding out that there are certain areas, certain people who are particularly under attack, where we are under the impression that they are not simply criminally but also politically persecuted. There is also sometimes a mixture, and we have a few cases like that. Maybe we can talk about that. Klar.TV: Yes, let’s hear it! What example do you have up your sleeve? Karl Hummitzsch: Well, we can start with one of the best-known cases of Mr. Fuellmich, who, on the one hand, is marked as a politically exposed person, but has also been criminally charged. We are faced with the question of how we can deal with this. We have come to the conclusion that there may be human rights abuses here. Kla.TV: In what way? Karl Hummitzsch: We can refer to the Special Representative of the United Nations, who states that a case of detention or solitary confinement for over 15 days constitutes torture. We have observed and determined that an offense has been committed here, because half a year of solitary confinement has already been served. [As per the UN Special Rapporteur, solitary confinement for over 15 days is to be declared as torture. Source: UN General Assembly, 2011, § 58, 59, 70-71, 76, 79, 80] Kla.TV: Solitary confinement? Karl Hummitzsch: Solitary confinement: it’s already been carried out. Kla.TV: For Mr. Fuellmich, half a year of solitary confinement? Karl Hummitzsch: One can hardly believe it. Kla.TV: At which point can this be considered torture? Karl Hummitzsch: From 15 days onwards, as per the UN. Kla.TV: Okay. Karl Hummitzsch: That means, for us, the time has come to intervene. Kla.TV: Okay, how should the viewer imagine this now? So, Mr. Fuellmich has now been 15 days; well over 15 days in solitary confinement already. I can imagine, of course, it’s initially very unpleasant. And why does one need to appraise that so critically? Does this have any consequences? Karl Hummitzsch: This has consequences, of course. Through this, life expectancy is considerably reduced. Kla.TV: Through solitary confinement? Karl Hummitzsch: There are working papers to this. Perhaps we can show them here in this program. The latest research shows that inmates who have been isolated for at least one week during their confinement had a 60% increased risk of death within 5 years after the end of serving their prison sentence compared to inmates that have not been in isolation. Source: Wildeman C., Andersen L. H., Solitary confinement placement and post-release mortality risk among formerly incarcerated individuals: a population-based study, The Lancet Public Health, Vol. 5, Edition 2, 2020, e107-e113, ISSN 2468-2667, https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2468266719302713 ] Kla.TV: Okay. Karl Hummitzsch: As a link, perhaps. So, if there is torture, and according to the UN’s determination that’s 15 days, then, of course, we feel compelled to intervene. Kla.TV: Yes, that’s colossal. Okay, let’s recap. Reiner Fuellmich, solitary confinement, human rights abuse. A very clear case. From 15 days onwards, it counts as torture according to UN regulations. And he had half a year. This is quite blatant. Do you have similar examples from the penal system? A similar one? Karl Hummitzsch: There are similar ones, of course. But in this case, we have set forth a draft legal document. We have presented this to the lawyers. I will show it to you briefly here. It’s about 20 pages long in a first edition, what we presented to the lawyers. They can then work with it. Kla.TV: For Mr. Fuellmich? Karl Hummitzsch: For Mr. Fuellmich, we have submitted this to the lawyers. And they are working with it and are progressing further with it. And, in the meantime, the conditions of detention have also been eased. Kla.TV: Based on your assessment? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, amongst others. Of course, the lawyers are continuing to work on it, so they have added supplementary human rights factors to the topic. Kla.TV: Wonderful. Karl Hummitzsch: And they then have opportunities to continue working with the relevant organizations. They include our documents in this. These have also been incorporated into the plea. And when we see results on the case, we withdraw from it. We don’t want to make big stories out of it. This will happen automatically. But we have nothing to do with criminal case. Kla.TV: Alright, but apart from that and in other words: If you had not made the draft legal document, would Mr. Fuellmich possibly still be rotting away in solitary confinement? Karl Hummitzsch: So, he had already been rotting away for half a year before we intervened. We have done that on our own volition. We were not called upon to do this. We sign on to the cause, go into the courtroom with permission, listen to the case and then have our conversation with the chief defense attorney, clarify the case with her and they then take over and work through it. Kla.TV: Great. Really nice. Now, to conditions of detention. Do you have another example, where you can give us, the viewer, perhaps… Karl Hummitzsch: Of course, it’s a very unpleasant memory for me when we have to get someone out of prison. We have a case of a woman in her 40’s, she’s unfit for prison in our opinion. We received a kind of emergency call in the evening. I then drove to the prison in Vechta. The woman is not fit for prison at all. Kla.TV: In what way was it so obvious with this woman? Karl Hummitzsch: She could not walk at all. She fell down immediately on the first day of her imprisonment. She couldn’t walk at all, and we went there and felt compelled to immediately get her out of there. I received her then. I must say, on the one hand, how can one throw a person like this into custody? And, on the other hand, one has to thank the supervisory staff, who I think, were very happy to be rid of her. They didn’t know what to do with her at all. She had fallen; she was injured. The hospital was directly nearby but nobody bothered about that. I got her out of there and documented the case. The woman could not walk at all – only in pain. I took her to the hospital, which was right next door. They behaved very negatively and did not want to examine her properly. We then put significant pressure on them, so we put our organization behind this matter. We are naturally very annoyed but managed to get it done. I spent the whole night in the hospital. The woman was naturally completely terrified. And I remained in close proximity until she was done with the examinations. They then refused to issue a certificate of incapacity for detention. We were only able to get so far. I then had to leave her with her friend. And what happens next is again beyond our control. Kla.TV: Okay, allow me to summarize. If somebody is unfit for prison, but is nevertheless imprisoned, this is a human rights violation. Karl Hummitzsch: Absolutely. Kla.TV: And you will then become active? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes. Kla.TV: Wonderful, wonderful! And you were able to get the lady out of prison, and were able to hand her over to receive health care. Wonderful. Do you have another example of human rights abuses? This is the thing, we can’t imagine what kind of human rights abuses exist. From experience- what else pops out for you as a particularly important case? Karl Hummitzsch: Naturally, we have many little cases. But there are familiar ones, if I could elaborate on them. Kla.TV: Yes, please. Karl Hummitzsch: The case of Walter Weber, for example, a doctor. It’s said that there are around 1,000 doctors who were being sued for issuing mask exemption certificates. One also has to look at the fact that there are many thousands of doctors who have not issued such certificates, but we deal with people who required such a medical exemption. Walter Weber is, for example, an oncologist who also had cancer patients, who urgently required an exemption. He was tried in court despite this fact. I took part in almost every court sitting. It’s very astounding when one observes what happens beforehand. Not only in the case, but in the proceedings themselves. We call it a kind of pre-trial punishment. This means that 27 days of court proceedings have been scheduled. Kla.TV: For Dr. Walter Weber? Karl Hummitzsch: In advance. As a deterrent, that’s how we view it. One has to calculate 3,000 Euros. Quite a bit of ancillary costs, experts and so on, one quickly wracks up a sum of 100,000 Euros! 100,000 Euros even before he was sentenced to anything. The man is not guilty. And he is facing costs of up to 100,000 Euros. He has also been defamed on public transport with posters. Then, he received a home visit with 15 people, 12, 15 police officers. Heavily armed with helmets and everything that goes with it. An unparallel level of intimidation for an 80-year-old man with his wife at home. Then, after tidying up the place, so to speak, they took photos. One can naturally imagine what it looked like. Kla.TV: Like a battle field! Karl Hummitzsch: Absolutely! And the photos were published – it’s incomprehensible for us, how a court can do such a thing. There was an audience. The auditorium was always full. And then they showed the general public what it was like in his home. A defamation, I’m so at a loss for words. So, by the way, this is what happens to one in a legal process when one is dragged before this justice system. Kla.TV: Yes. The questions about justice are one thing. Human rights abuses, via intimidation, via fear tactics, also via destruction of property through such intrusions, through such house searches. These are human rights abuses. And then you take action here. Very good. And now, what would be the best way to protect yourself if you are caught in this situation? Is there any particular things, where you can assist or would or want to assist in? Karl Hummitzsch: It is naturally our duty to assist people who are being persecuted, with human rights issues. We do not deal with criminally relevant matters. The lawyers deal with that. We assist the lawyers. As an example, we currently have a case in Heidelberg, a vaccine injury, a serious vaccine injury. We work directly together with the lawyers, we are represented in the court proceedings, and I want to showcase the kind of work we do, so that people can imagine it. They think that we just go there and tell stories or make a show of getting upset. It’s not like that. We do real work. Here we have, as an example, in this legal case in Heidelberg, a document. I want to showcase it here. Kla.TV: There are quite a lot of pages. How many pages is that approximately? Karl Hummitzsch: It’s around 70 pages. This is just the result of our legal preparation. We have skimmed through thousands of pages of contracts, vaccine injuries, so the contracts with BioNTech and so on that have been pored through. A month’s work went into it. And like I said, this is a document that has never existed before. And we make this available to lawyers who deal with vaccine injuries. But verifiably. We need case numbers, we need the lawyer, and then we provide this without charge. Kla.TV: So, in the case of vaccine injuries as a human rights violation. Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, exactly. This is a human rights violation, as we see it. An inquiry into this is time and time again being promised by the politicians but nothing happens. That means we must try to initiate an inquiry through court proceedings. Scientists have tried for a long time to document this, however they were openly discriminated against, so that people don’t believe the things that the scientists claim when they’re not conforming to the authority’s narrative. So, we have the opportunity to receive justice through legal proceedings, where justice is to be had. Kla.TV: Great. So human rights abuses in this case because of the human right, the fundamental human right of physical integrity of the body, which was practically denied due to the vaccination and the resulting vaccine injuries. Karl Hummitzsch: This relates to the vaccine injuries, this relates to the matters about masking. What we have seen also in the Hamburg case of Walter Weber, the court’s expert witness, Dr. Ondruschka, Prof. Dr. Benjamin Ondruschka, testified that the evidence that masking helps is minimal. And that it helps against the most dangerous virus of all time, the evidence is minimal. And despite that, Walter Weber was sentenced to a year and ten months to prison. Kla.TV: Yes, and on top of that, intimidation. Karl Hummitzsch: All of that. Kla.TV: And defamation in the public. Where it’s supposed to be: The dignity of men is unimpeachable. But his dignity was massively infringed upon. Karl Hummitzsch: And not only him. There are many doctors that have experienced the same thing. Their means of existence was taken away. They cannot practice medicine anymore. Their license to practice medicine was revoked. Their income is now null. We also have a case where the woman is poor and is now dependent on the neighbors’ help. So, the livelihood of people who are not expressing themselves with political conformity, who are advocating according to the Hippocratic oath and do not share the opinion and demands of public policy, which is also not evidence-based. We know that governments make political decisions. In that respect, court decisions cannot be evidence-based either. Kla.TV: So, you mean, because of these RKI protocols, the protocols from the Robert-Koch-Institute that now prove that there was never a requirement for the corona measures, for example, that it never existed, also no requirement for vaccinations, that there was no real protection. They knew that and that there was never a requirement, but it was nevertheless carried out. So, this evidence-base was never there to begin with. Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, in this respect, we cannot expect evidence-based court rulings either. This is purely political. And then the judgement is also automatically political. Kla.TV: Yes, I understand that very well. I understand that very well. Now, we have gone through several cases. Do you have any examples in your, shall I say, working portfolio? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, we have, of course, also examples from Hungary, from Poland. We are also affected as human rights defenders. Kla.TV: Are you personally affected? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, absolutely. We are not liked when we are uncovering such things from the authorities, politicians and the jurisdiction. It is our duty to document and also to publish it, if there is no other way to handle it. Kla.TV: This means, your own people, that campaign for respecting human rights, for the observance of human rights, who stand up for the people, are also being attacked by the authorities, by the state? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, blatantly. Perhaps I can point this out. Kla.TV: Yes, gladly, gladly. Very interesting. Karl Hummitzsch: We have, for example, the founder of the organization, Udo Leibmann, a German who is living in Poland. He was attacked severely, almost to the point of death, was tortured twice and so on. Kla.TV: Tortured by whom? Karl Hummitzsch: In Poland by the police, for example. Very severely beaten, that he has barely survived. Of course, he is still working, doesn’t let himself be intimidated. One of the best people that we have in human rights issues, at least in Germany, if not in Europe. He is being massively attacked in order to send him away. He should have, after court proceedings that were not successful, been sent to a psychiatric ward. I have to say, our legal counsel, who is responsible for international courts, who is approved to do so, Attila Monostory in Hungary, and myself, travelled together to an appointment at the psychiatric ward in Poland, to assist Udo Leibmann. We were successful. They didn’t manage to stick him in the psychiatric ward. He continues to work. A similar thing happened to Attila Monostory. Kla.TV: May I please quickly interject? What crime has Mr. Leibmann committed in Poland that he had to go to court for? Karl Hummitzsch: He had expressed negative opinions about the Ukraine war. Kla.TV: And that is a felony? Karl Hummitzsch: That is a felony in Poland. One can interpret it however you like and simply put him on trial. It’s not our impression that really substantial things are put forward, but they are bundled together, an attack is made on the person, and he is then put on trial. And if you don’t have any court proceedings as we know them from the past, but the public prosecutors or the courts are under political influence – we also have that here in Germany via the public prosecutor’s office, which are bound. The public prosecutor cannot necessarily help himself. He could, but then his career is certainly over. So, these dependencies are also present in Poland, and this situation emerges out of that. And if you don’t get anywhere with the court processes, which has been the case, then you play the psychiatry card. Kla.TV: Wow. So, one can say, okay, this man has a, I’ll say it crudely, he has a quirk, we have to lock him up. Karl Hummitzsch: Correct. A meeting with a psychiatrist was made, then we went to the building where these examinations are taking place. As I said, Attila and I appeared together, with a press representative with us, and then we sorted that out. Kla.TV: That almost sounds like the bleak times of the Soviet Union, where dissidents were locked up, is it not? They were also locked up in psychiatric wards. Karl Hummitzsch: In psychiatric wards, that is the perfidious thing about it. Nobody is hanging anyone. What do you do with the body? One can get rid of people by utilizing many methods. Of course, one shouldn’t kill anybody. But it is cleaner, of course, to get rid of people by throwing them into the psychiatric ward, then they are locked up and forgotten. If they die, nobody will notice. Kla.TV: Interesting. Karl Hummitzsch: They have also tried this with Attila in Hungary. Kla.TV: What was that? What was going on there? Karl Hummitzsch: He took financial wizards to court and defended the many people who fell victims, became financial victims, and the government did not like that at all. He uncovered corruption and things like that, and then they had to get rid of him, and they had accused him of being psychiatrically unstable, and tried to put him in a psychiatric ward. We have had cases of death of human rights defenders. This has been determined by scientific services. In 2023, the figures for 2021 were published. 358 people, I believe, human rights activists were killed in 2021 alone. And with few such organizations, you can imagine that the rate is very high, this apart from torture and other things, imprisonment, deprivation of livelihoods, all that’s on the menu. And this has also been documented by the European Parliament. Kla.TV: Okay. And you managed to get your colleague out of his jar of pickles in Hungary? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, we were able to get him out of his jar of pickles. He’s free today and can move around again and get back to work. Kla.TV: Wonderful. But, here in Germany, it’s different than in Hungary and Poland. Are you still free and able to move around. Karl Hummitzsch: We are, of course, forewarned. Firstly, I need to say that we need awareness amongst the population! If we are left to our own devices and we help each other reciprocally with success, as in this case, you can’t rely on that. I myself have been attacked. They have also tried it with me… As you can see, I’m completely senile. Kla.TV: My apologies, yes. Karl Hummitzsch: That’s why I am here. They have also attempted to incapacitate me. Kla.TV: Really? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes. And to take everything away from me then. Kla.TV: Unbelievable. Karl Hummitzsch: One will then be persecuted. I have been summoned. They also came to my house and tried to get in. These people have never seen me. They’ve never known me in my whole life. But they wanted to deprive me of the right to make decisions, because I’m, I don’t know, senile or whatever. I never attended the appointment, but I received very good advice, immediately of course. We know these dirty tricks, I have to be honest, I can’t think of anything else here. And we immediately called our lawyers here in Germany, too, for immediate advice. Beate Bahner represented me and straightened things out so that I didn’t end up in a psychiatric ward. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be with you here today. Kla.TV: That is simply wonderful. But how can you explain that? How can it be that in Germany’s model democracy, that here the judiciary is working against the people? Or let’s put it this way, is working against investigative journalists, who want to uncover inconsistencies in order to eliminate abuse? How is that possible? How can that be? Karl Hummitzsch: It is, of course, not published in this form by the authorities responsible for this. Here and there we are in a position to come upon a piece of information that is not actually intended for us. Kla.TV: Okay, and what would that be? Karl Hummitzsch: I brought one example with me here. Kla.TV: Ah, that is interesting. Karl Hummitzsch: Perhaps we can read this out. Kla.TV: May I have a look? Karl Hummitzsch: This comes from Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. Kla.TV: Oh. What does it say? “Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland, joint training program of the Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland judiciary. Reichsbürger, Corona deniers, conspiracy theorists and their supporters as a challenge and danger to the judiciary.” That is just glaring. Karl Hummitsch: Yes. Kla.TV: So, this has been leaked to you. Karl Hummitzsch: Yes. Sometimes we get the right things handed to us. Sometimes, we can also participate in certain training programs. We are delighted when we receive such an invitation by mistake. We are also relatively well informed, but we have not had the publicity yet, which is why we are very thankful for Kla.TV that we can report today about the work we do, the earnest work that we provide. Kla.TV: That means de facto, what we have just listed, people who are taking on the health care system for vaccine injuries, even still because of mask exemptions – they simply fall under the category of corona deniers and are therefore a challenge, a danger to the judiciary. And this is the subject of the training? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes. Kla.TV: It’s no wonder then, that people like you are treated like enemies, is it not? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, and so we are fighting to survive. For people, who we don’t know, in order to help them. And that means, we expect that people first start taking charge of their own human rights. We are no longer in the times of Adenauer and Helmut Schmidt. We now have real need, and we call on people to really take care of their own human rights and not rely on others. We help people who need help but are not able to help themselves. We are there for them and we risk our livelihood, our lives, to help people. Kla.TV: Yes, super. Really good. So now I take it from our little conversation that we had, you really have your hands full, isn’t it? Karl Hummitzsch: One can say so. Of course, this is not at all easy. We cannot simply ask each person: Don’t you feel like partaking in something? We know that many people would like to… Kla.TV: But would you like to have more co-workers? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, one can say so. But not at any price. We would prefer to encourage certain initiatives, perhaps in various places where someone would have interest in training himself in the areas of human rights and defense. Kla.TV: Can people contact you about that? Karl Hummitzsch: Yes, people can contact us if someone wishes to set that up. We can offer training courses, we can advise. And if we determine that somebody is really interested in partaking, then we can ask people from this group to join us. We, on the Ethics Committee, would then be responsible for approving this. And then they could also work for “United for Freedom”. Kla.TV: That’s just wonderful. With that, we can bring this conversation to a close for today. That was very insightful, what you have reported to us from practical experience. And we will show a link where anyone who is interested and would like to partake and assist can sign up. Thank you for the wonderful conversation, Mr. Hummitzsch. We wish you and your team a lot of strength and stamina in your duties. Karl Hummitzsch: Thank you very much. I think this brings us a little bit closer to the people. You can see that we are no felons, but we are actually people who want to help. This is our duty and nothing more. Kla.TV: Wonderful. Karl Hummitzsch: Thank you very much. Kla.TV: My pleasure.
