فریدریش مرتس، صدراعظم آلمان (Friedrich Merz)، ادعا میکند که ایالات متحده اکنون، در سال ۲۰۲۶، از «نظم جهانی مبتنی بر قانون» و «حقوق بینالملل» روی برگردانده و سیاست قدرت محض را دنبال میکند.
این ادعا که ایالات متحده آمریکا فقط اکنون خود را از قوانین بینالمللی دور میکند، ارتباط چندانی با واقعیت ندارد.
زیرا تاریخ ایالات متحده بیش از هر چیز با جنگهای تجاوزکارانه مشخص میشود - بین سالهای ۱۷۷۵ تا ۲۰۲۰، حداقل ۲۱۹ جنگ رخ داده است.
اگر این سیاستِ قدرتِ محض و بدونِ توجه به قوانین بینالمللی نیست، پس چیست؟
