Experts Demand Immediate Repeal of Measles Vaccination Mandate

Many countries worldwide require children to be vaccinated against measles. They must have a measles vaccination when they start school or kindergarten. Parents are told by the government that the measles vaccination is useful and protective for their child. The fact however is concealed that a vaccination is a medical intervention that may well lead to vaccine damage! This can be caused by the active substance itself or by the chemical agents contained in every vaccination to enhance the vaccination reaction. There are hardly any comparative studies to date showing that vaccinated children are healthier than unvaccinated children! The few studies that do exist actually show the opposite. For this reason, the Association of Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom and Democracy (MWGFD for short) has set up a working group [https://masernschutzgesetz.mwgfd.org/] to campaign against compulsory measles vaccination and the existing measles protection law in Germany. "Welcome to our press conference with the topic: The German "Measles Protection Act" under scrutiny. [...] The vaccination we are targeting today is still one of the old sort of vaccines, where a certain amount of an antigen, in the case of measles an attenuated virus, is injected together with other questionable substances. Even though in this case we also cannot know exactly how long and where this attenuated virus will work in the body. Strictly speaking, three or even four virus types are actually injected in this MMR vaccination, because the measles vaccine is no longer available as a standalone vaccine in Germany or Europe, but only in a triple combination, together with mumps and rubella, or in a quadruple combination with chickenpox. By the way, these conventional vaccines, which, as we will show you in a moment, are anything but harmless or free of side effects - at the instigation of the WHO, these vaccines will also be converted to this modern, new mod RNA technology, as used in the Covid vaccines, in the near future. And that, of course, must be vigorously prevented. [...] Now to the background to today's project. In November 2019, shortly before the coronavirus pandemic, a law was quickly rushed through the German Bundestag under the leadership of Health Minister Jens Spahn. It then came into force in March 2020. This so-called Measles Protection Act includes a de facto compulsory vaccination against measles for all children from their first birthday if they enter daycare centers, kindergartens or schools and for all people born after 1970 if they want to work in community or medical facilities. According to the recommendation of the German Vaccine Commission (STIKO) [...] measles shots should be administered twice, i.e. in children aged 11 and 15 months, and if immunity is lacking, the vaccination should then be repeated as the child grows older. This means that every year a birth cohort is affected – in Germany that is 650,000 to 700,000 parents with their young children – and which incidentally generates annual profits in the multi-digit million range for the pharmaceutical companies. And despite the fact that this law implies serious violations of important fundamental rights, such as the right to physical integrity enshrined in Article 2 of the German Constitution, or the parental rights laid down in Article 6, this law was even confirmed as allegedly constitutional in July 2022 by the highly questionable so-called Kita decision of the German Federal Constitutional Court. This makes the Measles Protection Act a good blueprint for any other considered vaccination mandates. A scenario that could quickly become reality due to the current machinations of the WHO. And, to address it right away, this was probably the reason why it was rushed through the German Federal Council so quickly at the end of 2019, because knowing of the upcoming "pandemic", a legal template was desired for a planned general coronavirus law and mandatory coronavirus vaccination. The fact that this law with a vaccine mandate did not receive a majority among parliamentarians in the vote in April 2022 I think can be traced back to our efforts as MWGFD, amongst others. [...] When you look at both the explanatory memorandum to the Measles Protection Act and the explanatory memorandum to the Federal Constitutional Court's decision on daycare centers you find several medically and scientifically untenable assumptions and assertions that are being used as arguments for requiring an allegedly necessary vaccine mandate. And that is why we at the MWGFD saw the need to set up this working group, whose members are introducing themselves to you here today. [...] Our aim is that this vaccine mandate be lifted as quickly as possible. And we have produced a detailed information letter with all the important facts on the childhood disease measles, the measles vaccination, [https://masernschutzgesetz.mwgfd. org/downloads/] containing all the important facts and scientific sources. And we sent it this morning via e-mail to all members of the Bundestag and to the state parliaments, to some groups also by mail, and to the judges of the Federal Constitutional Court, with the aim to substantiate the arguments for the constitutional complaints pending there. "At the beginning of the twentieth century, measles infections were dangerous. Conclusion: There is in fact no longer any need to vaccinate against measles today. It's about what we have to put up with, what patients have to accept and what they do not have to accept. It is really about the basics of such ethical considerations and their significance in society. [...] The first principle is the principle of the right to physical integrity. [...] The patient has absolute sovereignty over their own body and over their physical integrity. As a medical student, I learned that it's not even allowed to comb a patient's hair if they don't want it. [...] The second principle is [...] the principle of informed consent. What does informed consent mean? Informed consent, if you are aware of it, is a direct, personal relationship between doctor and patient. The doctor must inform the patient verbally about the benefits, risks and side effects. He can then give him something in written form. But the crucial point is this verbal explanation, where the patient also has the opportunity to ask questions and actually, if you read the German law, also has time to consider whether they want it or not. [...] And then we come to the third, [...] and that is the core principle: First, do no harm! [...] This means for the individual patient that the doctor must be sure this treatment will do this patient more good than harm. [...] And the problem we are facing now is here we have this very intimate, fragile relationship between doctor and patient, and now the state comes and intervenes, so to speak. [...] So, in my opinion, the measles vaccine mandate essentially is about socio-political and ethical issues that could not be more fundamental. [...] The first question is: Who determines about our bodies and the bodies of our children? Do we decide or does the state decide? The second point is: Towards whom is the doctor liable? Is the doctor liable towards his patients - as it should be? Or is he liable to the state? [...] Thirdly, if the doctor becomes the extended arm of the state: is there still trust? And what about the doctor-patient relationship? [...] Because if a doctor works in such a system, then you have to ask the question: Is he still a doctor at all? "And now let's take a look at whether such a contraindication for measles vaccination exists for all healthy children in Germany. [...] An absolute contraindication for measles vaccination, for example, would be a severe, congenital immunodeficiency, where no live viruses may be vaccinated because the person would become seriously ill. A relative contraindication is a medical measure whose potential harm or risk is greater than the benefit. [...] Next, let's take a look at whether the measles vaccination implies such a relative contraindication. You have to weigh the vaccination's benefits against the harms. There were no deaths in 2023/24. Since the start of mandatory reporting of measles there have been 14 reported measles deaths in Germany, although we don't know in detail whether the people died with or from measles. [...] The serious complications, of which figures between one in a thousand and one in ten thousand are quoted, are very rare. They have been virtually non-existent in Germany for decades. This means that the risk of being harmed by measles is very manageable. [...] The risk of contracting measles in Germany, if you convert it to a percentage, is 0.0006 percent. And the risk of suffering a serious measles complication is, another three zeros in between, it's roughly one in a thousand infections. And the lifetime risk, so if we multiply that by 80, we're still at 0.00005 percent. [...] The risk of contracting or dying from measles is negligibly small. There is no epidemic emergency that would justify a restriction of fundamental rights. And compulsory measles vaccination is therefore clearly incompatible with the Constitution. Does the measles vaccination prevent deaths? Very doubtful. Sucharit Bakhdi has already said that. These are figures from the USA. Measles mortality was actually still relatively high there at the beginning of the 20th century. By the 1960s, however, it had fallen to virtually zero. And vaccination was introduced in the USA in 1963 and in Germany in 1973. So the vaccination definitely came too late here. It cannot prevent any more deaths because the deaths had already been stopped before. Does the measles vaccination cause harm? There is a Cochrane review on this. [systematic review by the Cochrane Collaboration based on a rigorous, standardized scientific process] It is quite clear that this vaccination has the potential to cause harm. Main side effects are aseptic meningitis [inflammation of the meninges in which no bacterial pathogens are detectable]. Sucharit Bhakdi has already said that. These are living viruses that spread throughout the body, They also go into the nerve tissue, they also go into the brain, they multiply. They do not cause such an obvious disease as the wild measles virus. But this is a virus. It is injected and multiplies in the body and also causes damage - for example in the brain and nerve tissue. It leads to febrile convulsions and epilepsy. It leads to autoimmune diseases such as ITP, that is idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, a lack of platelets, where the immune system breaks down its own platelets and Schönlein-Henoch purpura, which is an autoimmune disease of the blood vessels. There are also possible indications of inflammatory bowel diseases - that is, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, developmental delays in childhood, dermatitis, eczema, type 1 diabetes, allergies, asthma, autism spectrum disorders. These are the notifications to the Paul Ehrlich Institute from 2001 to 2012. There were almost 1,700 reported suspicions with 5,300 vaccination reactions, including 1,300 reports of severe side effects suspected to be linked to the shot. Permanent damage is reported in 3.4 percent of reports and a fatal outcome in 0.9 percent. And the PEI itself considers a causal link to be probable or possible in around half of these reported cases. The conclusion is clear: the benefit-harm ratio from the point of view of the individual child, and that's what this is about, is definitely negative, because the risk of contracting measles or suffering a measles complication is virtually zero. And the risk of suffering a serious side effect with 1.2 million vaccinations per year – and I have now only taken half of the 110 serious reports that the Paul Ehrlich Institute received, because they only see causality in half of the cases – so the risk of damage is still 0.005 percent and therefore ten times higher than the risk of contracting measles and a hundred times higher than the lifetime risk of a serious measles complication. In addition, it can be assumed that vaccination injuries are underreported by a factor of 10 to 20. [...] And therefore, for every healthy German child on an individual level, a relative contraindication to the measles vaccination is evident, and therefore it is completely legal to issue a vaccination exemption in accordance with Section 20 (9) of the Infection Protection Law." And this topic is precisely the core issue [...] how an individual medical decision can be transformed into a social compulsion. And the question is, does this herd protection, this herd immunity that is repeatedly mentioned, even exist? And if so, is the term even applicable when it comes to vaccinations? The term is very popular with the WHO. [...] And when Mr. Tedros says something like that, alarm bells should ring. He addresses it a little differently and says: "No one is safe, till everyone is safe". [...] And this argument is of course based on a very great simplification. Especially when you say it's not the individual animal, the individual living being, that matters, but it's the herd that matters. And this means that the individual right – as Paul Cullen already explained today – is completely nullified. However, we know from vaccinations, for example, that even if you believe in this vaccination principle, no single vaccination provides lasting protection for even a short time. But that is the prerequisite for this topic of herd protection. All of this, however, applies to 100% immunity only given when someone has suffered a disease such as measles, against which this person has developed immunity then. [...] Where does this concept of herd protection actually come from? It was first mentioned in 1923 by a British bacteriologist, but not at all in relation to vaccinations. And then this concept was adopted in 1933 by an American doctor who observed a measles epidemic in Baltimore and found that when around 55 percent of children had lived through the disease, the epidemic had come to a standstill. [...] But that presupposes, as in the case of 1933, that immunity has actually developed as a result of contracting measles. And in the 1960s, the pharmaceutical industry then simply adopted this consideration, this experience of the American doctor from 1933, and said, we then take this term of herd protection and herd immunity and simply use it, because we say that a vaccination is just as good as undergoing a natural disease that leads to immunity – which of course is not legitimate at all. [...] Herd immunity should not be used at all in connection with vaccination coverage rates and vaccination of the population. This only has something to do with going through natural illnesses. [...] This means that vaccinations and herd immunity have nothing to do with each other. And so it is not at all legitimate to use the term on the one hand and to exert pressure on the other with the argument that an individual decision can be played off against a group benefit." One statement I found quite interesting after many inquiries with the authorities was this: nobody claims that antibodies guarantee immunity. This is a very clear statement from both the RKI and the Paul Ehrlich Institute. What does this mean for measles vaccinations? The German Freedom of Information Act came into force in 2006 and this underpinned my requests with the federal authorities. I have made around 200 inquiries to date, not all of which have actually been published. The answers, if you really probe, are often fallacies of circular reasoning. If you really follow up, get a lawyer and then go to the administrative court, with moderate success, the answer at the end is often: "It's true because that's what the textbooks say." That's no joke and I was really shocked. It's all about asking the right questions in the right place and not have yourself be fobbed off. And that is a big challenge for many parents. My message to all parents: If you remain isolated, you will perish. Network with like-minded parents who don't patronize you but are in the same situation, exchange experiences, strengthen each other. We are not prepared for what is yet to come. That's what's moving me very much at the moment. Yes, the measles vaccination requirement is injustice and absolutely must be ended! But what is coming towards us is a tsunami at the speed of sound. There are well over 100 gene "vaccines" in the pipeline. The pharmaceutical mafia is now going all out. In my opinion, the Achilles heel of the pharmaceutical manufacturers, the vaccine manufacturers, is the liability issue. It cannot be that vaccine manufacturers of all entities are exempt from liability. Timo was weak for days afterwards and after nine days had a very, very high fever of up to 41 degrees and then also had a seizure. Timo was then taken to hospital by the emergency doctor, There the diagnosis of abacterial meningitis was made. Timo died three years later from aspiration pneumonia, i.e. severe pneumonia – he had choked. Since this vaccination incident, he has been 100 percent disabled and autistic. The pediatrician and also other doctors and authorities of course deny a connection to vaccinations, they say: "Pure coincidence." But where do the doctors get the certainty that it was a pure coincidence, especially since bacterial or abacterial meningitis is even mentioned in the package inserts. A federal state that pretends to protect its citizens from a harmless childhood disease under duress must not forget its own fundamental values. Human dignity, physical integrity and parental rights are not a luxury, they are our rights. They are the foundation of our free and democratic basic order. It's time for us to look again. Time for politicians and lawyers to gain the courage to question this measles protection law and get rid it." It is well known that measles deaths were practically zero at the time I opened the practice. [...] And this decline was not due to the vaccinations. It happened regardless of the vaccinations. It was the living conditions: better hygiene, better nutrition, the absence of war and fear. These are the things that were important. In some cases, parents have been literally expelled from the pediatrician's office or kicked out and vilified as freeloaders or as anti-social citizens. That is simply a disaster. You must never say something like this as a doctor. And we have side effects from the vaccination – I want to keep this short. But we also have benefits from the measles – I don't want to leave this unmentioned. Children who have had measles have better health later in life. Children who have had measles are much less likely to develop cancer later on, much less often have diabetes, much less often have autoimmune diseases. So I would rather say: let me have the measles! Well, I had measles cases in the practice. What did I do with them? Point one: The most important thing is to take away the parents' fear! Measles has a high fever and a stupid rash. That looks pretty "crappy" – sorry. [...] And then the first thing I have to do is deal with the mother. [...] Because the mother's fear is transferred one-to-one to the child. [...] Point two: Do not reduce the high fever! Fever is a welcome helper in an infectious disease to cope with the infection. If you take away the weapon, the immune system can no longer work. In Germany we have a statutory guarantee of continued pay, 15 days per year per parent." It has been on the market for three months and my title today based on these findings is: 10 reasons why the Measles Protection Act is a law of injustice. This is what I concluded at the end of 464 pages. The Measles Protection Act will thus go down in the legal history of the 21st century. And as an impressive example of how this law was intended to quietly establish a health and vaccination tyranny, namely under the pretense of science and health protection, under unscrupulous abuse of the law with the blessing of the Federal Constitutional Court and under shameless abuse of the trust of bona fide citizens, but probably also of the health authorities and courts. Why, in my opinion, is the Measles Protection Act a law of injustice? Because the goals supposedly pursued by this law are either contradictory or unattainable or have already been achieved and are therefore hypocritical. The allegation of a serious, dangerous disease – Prof. Sönnichsen already mentioned it – is therefore incorrect. I call it a bold and shameless lie. Measles was eliminated in Germany in 2020, in 21, in 22 and in 23. It no longer existed according to WHO criteria. So why make vaccination compulsory if the disease has already been eliminated anyway? [...] [...] So why make vaccination compulsory? What is this really about? Certainly not to protect patients, but at best to protect the revenues of the two vaccine manufacturers. [...] It's about the goal of the vaccinated citizen at the order of the state. [...] The legislator claiming that compulsory vaccination would protect vulnerable patients who allegedly cannot be vaccinated. [...] About the babies, you've already said it, Ronny, the nest protection that they actually get when the mothers go through the measles naturally is reduced by the vaccination, and so the legislator produces the vulnerability of the infants themselves. Pregnant women: Here too, there is not a single study according to which pregnant mothers are particularly at risk from measles. [...] In the case of immunosuppressed people [people whose immune system is suppressed due to illness, drug therapy or other factors], it is easy to imagine that they should not be vaccinated, as is also stated in the information for healthcare professionals. A case from my practice: An employee of a subcontractor of Münster University Hospital requires dialysis and is therefore definitely immunosuppressed. He was forced to be vaccinated by Münster University Hospital, although the titer was already very borderline and has even been proven today. The man is in his early 50s, so he still belongs to the group that probably had the measles. He was forced to be vaccinated, he was fined and banned from entering the premises. So much for the group of immunosuppressed patients who are supposedly to be protected, that they have to be vaccinated in order to protect this patient, who in turn is forced to be vaccinated. Münster University Hospital, it's a shame! [...] There is not a single evidence-based comparative study between vaccinated and unvaccinated people – we already said that – in which the necessity, effectiveness and safety of the measles vaccination was proven. What is there? There are manufacturer studies that compare their old vaccine with the newer variant and – great (we published this) the manufacturers who compare their vaccines: GlaxoSmithKline compared its vaccine with Merck's, and there wasn't much difference. Because if I do that and accept the side effects that the first vaccine has, then that is window dressing. [...] So the claim that measles vaccines are effective and safe is a life-threatening lie, in my opinion, and it has to be said, with a highly criminal potential. Let's name it! Figures and statistics show a much higher mortality rate after measles vaccination than after measles disease. [...] So mandatory vaccination for all children with this deadly risk-benefit ratio is no longer constitutional, which the Federal Constitutional Court claims, but actually criminal. Because the federal state is forcing its own citizens to risk life and limb with a completely unnecessary and pointless measles vaccination. [...] Human dignity is absolutely inviolable and even eternally guaranteed by the Basic Law. Nevertheless, this principle was trampled underfoot by the unspeakable daycare decision of the Federal Constitutional Court in 2022. In particular, the exclusion of healthy nursery children from nursery – simply because they do not have a measles vaccination – is unbelievable discrimination, an inexcusable violation of the human dignity of these children and at the same time a violation of the parental right to education and care and thus to medical self-determination. "And the crucial question is, how do we teach this to our fellow human beings who, thanks to this decades-long vaccination propaganda, which is of course aimed at fear and scaremongering, have virtually internalized this sacred protective vaccination? [...] So six times more autoimmune diseases, five and a half times more neurological developmental disorders, four times more asthma, four times more speech disorders and three times more atopic diseases. Among the unvaccinated children in this group, there were no cases of brain dysfunction, diabetes, learning difficulties, mental disabilities, tics or other mental disorders. And the result was that the risk of chronic diseases was more than three times higher in those vaccinated. So 75 percent in the group of vaccinated children developed a chronic disease after ten years, compared to only 17 percent in the group of unvaccinated children." [Dr. med.
