Guten Abend, verehrte Zuschauer
Heute untersuchen wir einen weiteren Aspekt der negativen medialen Berichterstattung bezüglich der angenommenen Masseneinwanderungsinitiative in der Schweiz. Wir wenden uns heute dem Thema Handel zu. Das Tagblatt Online vom 4. März schreibt unter dem Titel „Unsichere wirtschaftliche Zukunft“, dass die EU als Konsequenz des eidgenössischen Votums, den Handel mit der Schweiz erschweren könnte. Ob das Sinn macht? Die Zahlen sprechen eine andere Sprache: Die Schweiz exportierte letztes Jahr Waren im Wert von 116 Milliarden Franken in die EU-Länder. Im Gegenzug bezog die Schweiz Güter im Wert von 135 Milliarden Franken. Die EU verdiente insgesamt also 19 Milliarden mehr an der Schweiz, als sie ausgab. Unser Land ist nach den USA, China und Russland der viertwichtigste Abnehmer von Gütern aus der EU. Handelserschwernisse wären zudem vor allem lokal für die grenznahen Gebiete Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Vorarlberg und die Lombardei einschneidend. So haben Deutschland und Italien letzes Jahr je 13 Milliarden, respektive 4 Milliarden Franken mehr an Schweizern verdient als sie Lieferungen aus der Schweiz bezogen. Und zuletzt noch etwas globaler gedacht: Ob die einflussreichen EU-Länder Deutschland, Italien und Frankreich mit den Automarken VW, Audi, Mercedes, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Renault und Peugeot durch Handelshürden den Auto-Markt in der Schweiz vollends an Japan abgeben wollen, ist sehr in Frage zu stellen. Denn bereits heute kämpft die europäische Automobil-Industrie auf dem schweizerischen Markt mit einer immer stärker werdenden asiatischen Konkurrenz.
Unter dem Strich gesehen, geht die Rechnung nicht auf. Aber nicht wie die Medien es einsuggerieren wollen, zum Nachteil der Schweiz. Im Gegenteil: Für die EU würden deutliche Nachteile erwachsen. Wie gut, dass Klagemauer TV den Medien und ihren Argumenten auf den Zahn fühlt.
