Russland und China die beiden strategisch wichtigsten Länder Eurasiens, sind offenbar dabei, sich endgültig aus dem Würgegriff des Dollars zu befreien. Am 10. Sept. führten beide Seiten Gespräche über die Einrichtung eines Interbank-Clearing- Systems, unabhängig vom US-kontrollierten Zahlungssystem SWIFT. Zur Erklärung: "SWIFT" steht für : "Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication". Die SWIFT tätigt die Abwicklung des gesamten Finanzverkehrs von mehr als 8000 Geldinstituten in über 200 Ländern. Wenn es tatsächlich zu diesem unabhängigen Interbank-Clearing-System kommt, wäre dies für Russland und China eine wichtige Maßnahme zum Schutz ihrer Volkswirtschaften vor Washingtons Finanzkriegsführung. Diese neuentwickelte Waffe setzt die US-Regierung verstärkt gegen Länder ein, die sich nicht dem Willen der amerikanischen Finanzpolitik beugen. Am 10. September traf Russlands Vize- Premierminister Igor Schuwalow mit seinem chinesischen Amtskollegen in Peking zusammen, um über die Errichtung eines Clearing -Systems für internationale Interbanken-Finanztransaktionen zu sprechen (oder beraten?). Dieses (System) könnte oder würde im Fall weiterer Sanktionen durch die USA und EU den SWIFT-Interbanken Zahlungsmechanismus ablösen. Nach seinen Gesprächen in Peking bestätigte Schuwalow vor der Presse: Ja, wir haben diskutiert und befürworten diese Idee." Russland reagiert damit auf Washingtons eskalierende finanzielle Kriegsführung. Washington beabsichtigt einen blutigen Keil zwischen die Länder der EU, insbesondere Deutschland und Russland zu treiben. Die Sanktionen waren die Antwort auf das Referendum für die Unabhängigkeit der Krim.
