„Ordo ab Chao“ – Chaos Producing the New World Order! Focus on Current Flashpoints (Iran and Ukraine Wars and Taiwan)

[Host:] “Ordo ab Chao”—which means “Order out of Chaos”—is the motto of the high-degree Freemasonry system known as the “Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite,” or AASR for short. The term “Scottish” does not refer to the geographical origin of the rite, which emerged primarily in France in the 18th century. The AASR is one of the most influential high-degree systems in Freemasonry worldwide. Albert Pike, a U.S. Civil War officer and writer, served as “Sovereign Grand Commander” of the southern jurisdiction of the AASR for 32 years, until his death in 1891. Back to the AASR motto—“Order out of chaos.” According to YouTube, ChatGPT, and others, the notion that chaos is deliberately being brought about to create a New World Order stems from conspiracy theories. The motto symbolizes the idea that people can move from ignorance and disorder toward greater inner order. Some experts who closely follow global geopolitical, economic, and social developments have reached a different conclusion. Among them are, for example, the German financial expert and author Ernst Wolff, as well as the German political scientist, editor, and author Peter Orzechowski. In his book *Chaos*, published in 2024, Orzechowski uses disturbing examples to reveal the power elite’s master plan for creating chaos and what their ultimate goal is. Orzechowski cites four examples of how chaos is created as a means to an end: 1. Wars and geopolitical conflicts are fueled 2. Food and energy supplies are disrupted 3. Mass immigration to Europe is further pushed. 4. People's thinking becomes confused Orzechowski sums it up as follows in his book. Quote: “Chaos is set to shake the world to its very foundations.” The perfidious plan behind it all is this: when everything falls apart, completely terrified citizens want nothing more than for someone to finally restore order. People are then willing to bow to every demand made by their supposed savior." [Host:] Using three current flashpoints, Iran/the Middle East, China/Taiwan, and Ukraine/Russia, the following broadcast examines the extent to which Orzechowski’s thesis holds true. Can certain events be interpreted as “fabricated chaos,” and who benefits from them? 1. Flashpoint: The 2026 War with Iran – the Middle East & the Strait of Hormuz [Host:] Under the pretext of wanting to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons, Israel and the United States launched their attacks on Iran on February 28. Since then, attacks on Iranian targets have alternated with Iranian retaliatory strikes against Israel as well as U.S. military facilities in the Middle East, and temporary ceasefires. The following can be established at the same time. • U.S. President Donald Trump once again proves himself to be the epitome of a politician who creates chaos through his contradictory statements and actions – a role that hardly any other politician embodies to such an extent. Sometimes he says “Stop,” sometimes “Start”: While he speaks of the end of the war on the one hand, he announces further attacks on the other. • The war in Iran is a combination of traditional and psychological warfare (PsyOps). Both elements – terrorism and acts of war involving the use of armed force, as well as any war rhetoric – work together to keep the population in a state of “fear and terror.” This is also referred to as the “strategy of tension” and describes the exploitation of terrorist or other events to instill fear and unsettle one’s own population. The Criminology Wiki also states: “Furthermore, a ‘strategy of tension’ can serve to justify repressive state actions and interventions by strengthening the public’s desire for state intervention.” Or, to quote Orzechowski again: “When everything falls apart, terrified citizens wish for nothing more than for someone to finally restore order.” • The media, which report in lockstep, are full of warnings that the war in Iran could spread to the Gulf states or even escalate into an international conflict. Ultimately, this means that any measure, any military buildup, and any military action can be justified – including the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. The closure of the Strait of Hormuz and the looming chaos [Host:] In an interview on July 23, 2026, Seyed Mohammad Marandi, an Iranian political analyst born in the U.S., warned of a dramatic escalation in the conflict between the USA and Iran. The Strait of Hormuz, the strategic strait between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, is said to be the crucial point of the escalation. An article on the website “ZeroHedge”, a finance and news portal, summed it up as follows: “The Strait of Hormuz is particularly dangerous because it transforms a regional military confrontation into a global economic problem.” "The waterway is a critical route for energy shipments, meaning that any prolonged disruption affects not only the countries fighting the war but also governments, industries and consumers thousands of kilometres away." Analysts predicted a global oil deficit of about 1.5 million barrels per day. Former CIA analyst Larry C. Johnson goes even further, referring to a “global inflation shock”: "While the world markets remain fixated on oil passing through the Strait, they are ignoring the profound impact of the halt in the shipment of Helium, Sulfur and Urea." "The global economy is already experiencing the pain of the reduction in the supply of these commodities and the world will experience a global inflationary shock." German financial expert and author Ernst Wolff agrees. He estimates it will take weeks, perhaps another one or two months, before the strategic oil and gas reserves are used up. Economic collapses will occur, he says. He thinks that war will then break out again and a global energy shock will occur. Wolff expects “inflation to rise massively.” Further chaos looms due to a famine and a resulting new migration crisis. Ernst Wolff: [Ernst Wolff:] “Whereas the energy shock is just one shock.” This fall, we might experience a second shock that will be even worse. "And that is the massive famine that is looming, especially in Africa, due to the fact that fertilizer can no longer be shipped through the Strait of Hormuz, causing fertilizer prices to skyrocket." [Moderator:] When asked whether he expects a famine in Europe, Wolff replied: [Ernst Wolff:] “Not a famine, but a new migration crisis.” So it's quite clear that if people in Africa are actually starving – and that will be the case in Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, and several countries in West Africa. And it will also affect the North African countries – that is, Egypt and Syria in the Middle East. So it's going to have an impact everywhere. Of course, that will intensify the pressure on Europe and, as a result, put even more pressure on the people here. What will people do then? They will demand greater security. "Who will provide them with security? The IT companies via surveillance and manipulation." Interim Conclusion [Host:] The far-reaching consequences of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as a result of the war with Iran make it clear that this war is escalating into a global economic problem, affecting consumers worldwide. The impact of this war seems to be targeting consumers, the general public and the middle class globally, rather than individual countries. An article on the independent analysis platform uncutnews.ch calls this a “war over the world’s energy supply”: “More and more evidence suggests that oil and gas infrastructure has now become the actual battlefield.” "Refineries, pipelines, export terminals, tankers, and the world's two most important maritime chokepoints – the Strait of Hormuz and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait – are increasingly at the center of the military planning of all conflict parties." [Moderator:] The real danger is said to lie in the possibility of several flashpoints escalating simultaneously: Hormuz, Bab el-Mandeb, Saudi oil fields, Qatari LNG facilities [LNG stands for “Liquefied Natural Gas”], Israeli gas fields, and U.S. military bases. In this case a regional war would turn into a global energy and economic shock situation. In a Telegram post dated June 1, Wolff defined it as follows: [Ernst Wolff:] “The war between the U.S. and Israel versus Iran is, in fact, a war waged by the tech and financial giants of Wall Street and Silicon Valley against the global middle class.” "Deliberate energy shortages and price hikes will drive millions of small and medium-sized businesses into bankruptcy." [Moderator:] Ernst Wolff and other independent observers base their analyses on Orzechowski’s theory which says that through planned and cumulative global chaos, a New World Order characterized by digital dictatorship and total control is to emerge: • Energy and other crises have been deliberately orchestrated to put even more pressure on people, to drive digitalization forward, and possibly to impose new lockdowns. • CBDCs [Central Bank Digital Currencies], that is, digital central bank money, are to be introduced to enable full digital traceability of cash flows. In an article from February 2024, Ernst Wolff described how this digital central bank money is to be made programmable: [Ernst Wolff:] “We should not be deceived: Such programmable money means the end of all financial freedom and total surveillance by the state by means of the central bank. "Programmable money" means that someone can not only dictate how much we're allowed to spend, but also what we spend it on, when, and where. Furthermore, we can be immediately cut off from money at any time or – following the Chinese model – subjected to a social credit system that forces us to comply with the respective government’s directives, or else be left without money." • As a further consequence of economic and social crises, those affected will demand a universal basic income. According to Wolff, it is to only be issued in the form of CBDCs. [Moderator:] Ernst Wolff sums it up as follows: [Ernst Wolff:] “The Strait of Hormuz is closed – and U.S. oil reserves will be used up in a few weeks.” What politicians and the media are selling us as a peace process is in reality a deliberately engineered energy shock. As a lever for programmable money, total control, and the establishment of a digital dictatorship that will eclipse all dictatorships we have had in history. [Moderator:] In the following, two other major trouble spots will be examined briefly. 2. Flashpoint: Ukraine-Russia Conflict [Host:] As Kla.TV has shown in several broadcasts, the population has been held in a constant state of “tension” and “uncertainty” ever since the “Cold War” (1945–1991) between the United States and the Soviet Union. This led to a full-blown arms race – including nuclear armaments. The "Cold War" was followed by an ongoing potential for conflict and tension between NATO and Russia. This was further fueled by the so-called NATO expansion towards the east beginning in 1999, as well as by the unconstitutional overthrow of the government in Kyiv in 2014. Ultimately, the conflict escalated with the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops on February 24, 2022. Opinions vary widely on the question “Who is to blame for the Ukraine war?" The question seems to be leading off on a tangent. At the same time, it triggers controversial debates and divides societies, peoples, and independent journalists. Proponents of the “Ordo ab Chao” thesis, such as Ernst Wolff, Peter Orzechowski, and David Icke, believe that wars, as well as tensions with the potential to escalate into war, are deliberately and strategically planned, provoked, and instrumentalized. Consequently, the focus should be on exposing the true warmongers as well as the masterminds and instigators behind armed conflicts. It is well known, for instance, that the strategic planning of NATO was already taking place within the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as early as 1939. Allen W. Dulles, a 33rd-degree Freemason, headed the armaments group of the CFR 'War and Peace Studies', and thus the strategic planning of NATO. The Kla.TV NATO documentary explained how NATO, on the one hand, fuels all the warmongering, and on the other hand also serves as a diversionary tactic. All this war hysteria is meant to distract from the simultaneous aspirations to expand comprehensive digital control and establish a New World Order. What are the consequences of the chaos triggered by the Ukraine war, and where might this development lead? [Moderator:] The most obvious consequence is that preparations for a possible war are running at full speed and could break out at any moment: • The article on the “ZeroHedge” finance and news portal, dated July 25, speaks of a “European rearmament project.” "NATO has committed its members to a long-term target of spending 5 percent of GDP annually on defense and defense-related security requirements by 2035 while the alliance reported in July 2026 that European allies and Canada had had already increased core defence expenditure by nearly 20% in 2025 compared to 2024.” • Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EU has played a central role in strengthening Europe's defense readiness through various regulatory initiatives. The online magazine “Telepolis” reported on February 24th that many billions are to be spent on making the European industrial sector ready for the planned war economy. Since December 30, 2025, Brussels therefore is able to intervene in civilian supply chains significant for defense, which is effectively equivalent to a war economy. • In early 2024, Germany presented the first draft of Germany's Operational Plan (OPLAN DEU). This is said to be “a significant military component of Germany’s overall defense.” The website bundeswehr.de reads: "Germany's commitment to the Alliance, arising from its geostrategic location as a hub for NATO in the middle of Europe, plays a key role in the OPLAN DEU." "In an emergency, up to 800,000 allied troops and 200,000 vehicles must be able to pass through Germany within six months and (...) provided with supplies." • In addition to the Operational Plan for Germany, the personnel framework for national and alliance defense was also redesigned. With the new Military Service Modernization Act, which has been in effect since January 1, 2026, the registration and physical examination of young people have been reinstated. There are no plans for mandatory conscription right now, but it can be ordered if the security situation changes. • NATO is expanding its military logistics capabilities on its eastern flank. These include transportation corridors, storage capacity, and supply systems designed to enable faster deployment and supply for military forces. • Since Russia’s attack on Ukraine on February 24, 2022, approximately seven million people have left Ukraine and sought refuge in other countries. In the EU alone, more than four million people were granted temporary protection status. • Following Russia's attack on Ukraine, Ukrainian grain exports temporarily plummeted by up to ca. 80% after the main Black Sea ports had been closed. It was only through alternative transport routes and the grain agreement that exports could be increased again to some extent. • The Ukraine war fundamentally changed Germany's gas supply. Decades of dependence on gas from Russian pipelines came to an end after supplies dropped sharply. This led to an energy crisis, skyrocketing gas prices, and a reorientation of German energy policy toward alternative supply sources and greater supply security. The attack on the Nord Stream pipelines in September 2022 further exacerbated the situation. • The Ukraine war is placing a considerable burden on the German economy. The energy crisis, rising prices, supply chain issues, and higher production costs are particularly taking a toll on the industrial sector and eroding purchasing power. Interim Conclusion [Host:] The standard of living for people in Germany and Europe has changed noticeably since the start of the Ukraine war in 2022. If further crises – such as a migration or an inflation crisis – should worsen, or an open war even break out, Orzechowski’s thesis could prove true: "When everything falls apart, terrified citizens want nothing more than for someone to finally restore order." "People are then willing to bow to every dictate of their supposed savior." 3. Flashpoint: Taiwan and the Risk of Escalation Between the USA and China [Moderator:]A quick look at a possible escalation involving Taiwan: The conflict is of particular significance because Taiwan could become a potential flashpoint for a direct confrontation between the major powers, United States and China. Such an escalation could have far-reaching international consequences, potentially leading to a global conflict. China considers Taiwan to be part of its national territory. Taiwan considers itself an independent democracy. The USA supports Taiwan without officially recognizing it as an independent state. For decades, the USA has been supplying Taiwan with weapons systems and defense technology, including air defense systems, missiles, radar systems, ships, and modern jet fighters. But here, too, as “ZeroHedge” notes, it is important to keep in mind that the Taiwan Strait is the most dangerous intersection of military power and the global economy. It is said to be a type of threat linking territorial sovereignty, military competition, and the technological foundations of the global economy. The article dated July 25 states verbatim: “This is where the Taiwan problem becomes larger than the island itself.” Any major conflict would immediately threaten one of the world's most important technological and commercial regions, with consequences extending into semiconductor manufacturing, maritime trade, financial markets and global supply chains. A military crisis in the Taiwan Strait could therefore produce economic consequences before the conflict had even developed into a full-scale war. The strategic importance of the region means that the international community has a strong incentive to prevent escalation, but it also means that the number of actors with something to lose is exceptionally large. [Moderator:] It is therefore also possible that the Taiwan crisis would not only have military consequences, but would also trigger massive economic crises that would affect consumers, broad sections of the population and small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide. This would serve as a foundation for making CBDCs and a global basic income more socially acceptable. According to Wolff, this would spell the end of financial freedom and the establishment of a global dictatorship. Chaos and Crises as Opportunities [Moderator:] If this “Ordo ab Chao” theory were indeed to prove true – which, from the perspective of its proponents, seems highly likely – it would mean that wars do not arise purely by chance and are not aimed at the annihilation of humanity. Crises are viewed as a means of socially enforcing a new global order and making it appear desirable. In doing so, the architects of the New World Order aim to maintain various flashpoints – including the conflicts in Ukraine, Iran and Taiwan. Depending on how the crises unfold, they can then choose which millstone to set in motion. Whether it’s an economic, energy or migration crisis, a hot war or a new supposed pandemic crisis – depending on the situation, they play the appropriate move to gradually corner their opponent. From a historical perspective, however, crises can also act as catalysts for social transformation. During the COVID crisis, more people than ever before began to question the conventional wisdom of politicians and the media. They have seen through the ‘Ordo ab Chao’ principle, according to which crises – such as the so-called pandemic crisis – can be exploited to introduce new laws, measures and even a global health dictatorship. Ernst Wolff takes a similar line. Although Wolff thinks the crises will worsen, he also sees them as a turning point. When asked what still gave him hope in these completely crazy times, he replied as follows: [Ernst Wolff:] “The fact that humanity’s greatest inventions have always emerged from the most difficult situations.” Well, I was actually born in China. The character for "crisis" in China consists of two characters: one meaning "danger" and the other meaning "opportunity." And I think that, despite all the dangers lurking around us, we also need to recognize the opportunities that are out there. And I think we're at the end of a major development. So we've reached the end of the money-driven system. We are in the process of transitioning to a data-driven system. And this raises the question: Who will control this data? Will there continue to be only a very few who do this in their own interest?
