FRG Total debt: A strategic debt trap?

The Deutschlandfunk (German World Service) reported on 07.02.2021 about the plan of Finance Minister Scholz to relieve numerous cities and municipalities with 20 billion euros on the state expenses. The whole thing seems like a fool’s errand, because in other words, debts would be paid with debts, taken out of the right pocket to be put into the left one. But what is the overall debt situation in Germany and how high is the actual debt per capita? According to the German Taxpayers Union, status end of 2020, each inhabitant of the FRG has 27,900 Euros due to the German national debt alone. Together with the debts of the Federal Bank of Germany and the EU, this results in a per capita burden of about 118,900 Euros. Each four-person household is therefore indebted with about half a million Euros. Considering a monthly repayment of 500 Euros, plus interest, every private household would have to pay off the debts incurred for 79 years providing that no new debts are added such as from Corona lockdowns or similar things. But who benefits from the maintenance of this absurd and crumbling financial system? Let's take a look at the ultra-rich. Here are two examples: Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has acquired 70 billion US dollars thanks to the lockdowns. Bill Gates, meanwhile, made 20 billion dollars on the lockdowns. So, if you are Bezos or Gates or anyone else in this upper class, a permanent lockdown or otherwise economic decline is a gold mine for you. But if you are "Joe the Average Consumer" or below, then you will, like the inhabitants of today’s third world countries never get out of the staged debt trap, no matter how fast you run in the hamster wheel. But why is there no outcry in the leading media? – Here again, let’s take a look at the super-rich. For example, Gates used millions in grants to change the once proud and unrestrained British daily newspaper The Guardian and made it his personal newsletter. He bought immunity from criticism from other media groups with 250 million dollars. News agencies like the BBC, NBC, Al Jazeera, ProPublica, National Journal, Univision, Medium, the Financial Times, The Atlantic, the Texas Tribune, Gannett, Washington Monthly, Le Monde and the Center for Investigative Reporting do not criticize him as leading media should, instead, it is rather "silence in the woods," as the saying goes. According to a Columbia Journalism Review investigation dating from August 2020, Gates also made large contributions to nonprofit organizations affiliated with news outlets, such as BBC Media Action and the New York Times. He similarly made NPR and Public Television dependent on his support. In exchange, these entities shielded his questionable projects from critical scrutiny. That's the way it goes with the super-rich. Money rules the world. - Still. In a nutshell: As long as there is no truly free and independent leading media to keep an eye on both politics and the super-rich, "Joe the Average Consumer" will not be able to see through the perfidious game of debt and enslavement, let alone escape from it. This makes it all the more important to give alternative media a voice, as this is already happening more and more, and to call for public investigation of grievances by independent experts.
