Lockdowns not due to fate but to cunning strategy

Not only does the Corona crisis have health consequences for the population. Another symptom that goes hand in hand is that economic life is staggering. The second lockdown since November 2020 has once again taken a heavy toll on the economy! The number of companies threatened with bankruptcy as a result of the measures is constantly rising. Experts anticipate the second lockdown to cause a massive loss of small and medium-sized businesses, which account for 71% of all the jobs (in Germany). This would completely eliminate the basis for infrastructure and business in cities and smaller towns. The hotel and restaurant industry is already experiencing a crisis bigger than that of the post-war period. Leading economist Dr. Friederike Köhler-Geib of the credit institution for rebuilding, KfW, currently considers around one million jobs to be at risk and according to the German Trade Association, the lockdown could cost the existence of 50,000 stores in the city centers alone, especially in the textile and fashion industry. The wave of bankruptcies is not affecting everyone equally though! Large companies are not affected, they are considered “too big to fail”, too important to just be left facing close-out. Lufthansa, for example, received €10 billion from the German government, and it will surely survive the crisis. But there are also big profiteers from a mass business close-out. In fact, lockdowns offer the large corporations and the oligarchs behind them a unique opportunity to get rid of competitors cheaply or to buy them at knockdown prices, which is what is happening at this point. In other words, while "the little guys" are fighting for bare survival, "the big guys" are making big money, virtually overnight. Here is an example: As a result of the lockdown, the 3,000 largest corporations listed on the stock markets already have 1/3 more assets than in 2019, and the fortunes of oligarchs such as Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and Marc Zuckerberg keep dramatically rising. So, each day of the lockdown not only leads to additional profits for the multi-billionaires, but over and above this, an economic adjustment process is also expected in which the "big guys" will cheaply and conveniently eat the remaining "little guys." The result will be that the economy will be nothing but large companies, a monopoly on which citizens will be completely dependent. Offers, delivery times, prices and conditions could be determined by the monopolzing corporations, and they would, in other words dictate over the well-being or demise of all. Another milestone on the direct path to modern slavery. And all this because of a virus that is supposed to have infected the whole world at once? Financial expert Ernst Wolff has a very different view on this. He explains that the financial system as we know it today has long been kept alive artificially since the great financial crisis of 2007/2008. Major central banks around the world have been working hard to introduce a new monetary system - the digital central bank currency, which would force all citizens into a cashless system, bringing them under total control. However, the tried and tested economic and social systems are the obstacle to be overcome. Wolff even implies that the lockdowns were initiated to achieve this goal. This would mean that two birds are being killed with one stone: the economic dismantling and the demoralization of the peoples who in their powerlessness would agree to any alternative that would only put them back on track to a more or less normal life.
