Israel: Testimonies of the victims

Israel is always presented to us in the media as a pioneer in pandemic control. The country vaccinated faster and earlier than anyone else. The digital "green passport" was introduced as early as February 2021. This means that citizens of Israel can now access many areas of public life only with proof of vaccination or recovery. Many people had themselves vaccinated in order to be allowed to go to the theater or cinema again. Many needed the vaccination to be able to go to work at all. A number of people could not withstand public pressure because they were viewed as terrorists in society and hatred was stirred up against them. Politicians and the media propagate this government action as a success in the fight against the COVID crisis. In social media networks, however, a different picture of this vaccination campaign emerges. Thousands of people are reporting the most serious vaccination side effects, including death. The public hears nothing about this. In Israel, there is no official reporting office for vaccination side effects to which those affected can turn. They are left alone by the state. This worried Avital Livny, mother of two, because she and her children should also be vaccinated. She started looking for these people with vaccine damage and published their suffering publicly. She found 40 brave people who were willing to show their faces and tell what they had experienced after receiving the vaccine. This resulted in a deeply moving one-hour film called "The Testimonies Project." In the film, everyone can now see the dramatic effects that vaccinations have already had so far. On the website https://www.vaxtestimonies.org/en/, Ms. Livny collects further testimonies and says: "The Testimonies Project was created to provide a platform for all those who were affected after getting the covid-19 vaccines, and to make sure their voices are heard, since they are not heard in the Israeli media. We hope this project will encourage more and more people to tell their story.” You are not alone!
