UN plan: Gender criticism is considered a “crime against humanity”

Imagine the most romantic and beautiful day in a couple's life. Two loving people are celebrating their wedding, you might see them standing in front of the altar, everything is beautifully decorated, everyone is dressed up... By the way, at this point most people think that the couple in question is a man and a woman, right? - But that's just a side note - this man and this woman are currently sitting in the wedding service to receive the blessing for their future. The priest is carrying out his duties and gives the bride and groom some helpful words to take with them into marriage. To do this, he uses a very common passage from the Bible: "(...) and as man and woman HE created them..."! And now pay attention, because theoretically the priest doesn't have to add anything else to end up in front of the European Court of Justice with a completely disastrous lawsuit on his hands. Why? Well, he forgot to mention the more than 70 other gender identities. On April 5th of this year, 2024, the Legal Affairs Committee of the UN General Assembly ended its session in New York. A treaty was discussed that would regulate the terminology of "crimes against humanity". Jochen Sommer published an article on this in the educational portal "ansage.org": "CRAZY UN PLAN: CRITICISM OF LGBTQ AND GENDER MADNESS SHOULD BE A "CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY" IN THE FUTURE" "The LGBTQ ideology should be protected from its critics and declared politically sacrosanct. Any rejection and resistance to the "colorful" rainbow madness should in future be declared the worst possible "crime" and sanctioned accordingly by international law." Consequently, all other opinions, even just hinted at, that are an essential part of a vibrant democracy should be criminalized. Regardless of whether the content of the opinion should actually say something completely different, concludes Sommer. If certain opinions on scientific and biological facts, traditional values ​​and Christian worldviews are not adapted to LGBTQ issues, the UN is considering classifying them as "crimes against humanity" through this treaty. To better understand, here's an example: Imagine a discussion in which someone comments on a situation in which a couple consisting of two men wants to raise children. He claims that these two men will never develop an equal relationship with the child, as is naturally the case with a natural mother-child bond of the biological mother. This neutral, purely scientific and biologically indisputable statement could very quickly be interpreted as discrimination in the future from the point of view of "crimes against humanity", since both scientifically based statements and biological facts would suddenly be subject to ideological views by law. In a petition, CitizenGO describes this draft treaty as worrying, since one of the most respected international bodies is openly considering calling biological truth a hate crime... And the UN Legal Affairs Committee is, mind you, one of the most important committees at the United Nations. This is where binding law is passed worldwide. As soon as they are adopted by the General Assembly and ratified by the member states, the treaties and conventions drafted here can become binding international legal instruments. According to this draft treaty, any political or religious statement directed against transgender dogmas should be treated as a form of gender-based persecution - and thus a crime against international law. And not only journalists critical of the agenda, but also priests and pastors who express gender-critical views should be punished. The totalitarianism of an ideological aberration has reached the highest international bodies, says Sommer. The draft treaty proposes, for example, a radical change in the definition of "gender-based persecution". The Rome Statute of the International Court of Justice in 1998 originally stated very clearly: "For the purposes of this Statute, the term 'sex' shall be understood to refer to the two sexes, male and female, in the context of society. The term 'gender' has no other meaning than that given above." According to the UN, there have been significant advances in our ideas about gender since the adoption of the Rome Statute in the late 1990s. The "new idea of ​​gender" refers to the UN's idea that everyone can freely "choose" their gender, in which "assigned" or "read" sexuality is only a "social construct". But in principle it is the worldwide introduction of the "Self-Determination Lawit” of several EU countries, including Germany. This law is coupled with the restrictions of the “Digital Services Act” and stricter criminal provisions against alleged “disinformation”. From now on, any criticism should be declared a crime. This draft treaty threatens the fundamental right of people to freely articulate their own beliefs regarding tradition, marriage, family and the biological nature of sex and to represent them publicly, Sommer’s article continues. As a result, an open discourse must take place, if only because of the countless victims of this gender ideology. The people affected demand that their stories are heard and that their bitter experiences are no longer kept secret. But the victims themselves say that they are being terrorized. In addition, there are hardly any psychologists who dare to take them on - for fear of persecution, as the doctors would otherwise lose their license! A de-transition, i.e. a return to the natural birth gender, is absolutely undesirable, as it would thwart the ideologically hyped plans of the gender lobby. Here we have the real "crime against humanity" when victims are denied help from experienced doctors and psychologists, let alone the restriction of EVERYONE's right to freely express their opinion on natural facts. This falsification of legal concepts with its twisted definitions of "persecution" and "crime" must be stopped under all circumstances.
