Kennedy Assassination - Confession of the CIA-Hitman
James E. Files confesses to having been a gunman in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He also names his accomplices. As a reminder: US President Kennedy was assasinated in 1963. Lee Harvey Oswald was subsequently presented as the perpetrator. Since then, there have been numerous inconsistencies in this official version. Who is James E. Files? Does his testimony lead the way to solving the riddle of the Kennedy assassination? See his confession...
The assassination of John F. Kennedy, like 9/11, is one of the most historically significant events of the last century. Numerous inconsistencies in the official version of the Kennedy assassination continue to occupy large sections of the population.
As a reminder, the 35th US President, John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963. Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested as a suspect and presented to the public as the lone perpetrator.
Oswald himself vehemently denied the crime and declared that he had not shot anyone, and that he was set up. Here is a recording of him shortly after the assassination: “I'm just a patsy.”
In addition, his fingerprints could not be found on the rifle with which he allegedly shot the president. Oswald was no longer able to comment on this. He was shot and killed just two days after his arrest.
According to the official version, the fatal shot to the head was fired from behind Kennedy. This official version was severely shaken in 1975 with the release of the so-called “Zapruder film”. The footage, which was released in 1975 by Abraham Zapruder, clearly shows that Kennedy's head is thrown violently backwards to the left by the fatal shot and that the bullet came from the front. This is a clear indication that the President was also shot from the front and that there must have been several shooters.
Dr. Charles Crenshaw, who examined the president's body at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, also expressed his conviction in an interview that President Kennedy was shot from the front:
„We wrapped him in a sheet and put him in the coffin. But before we did that, I looked at the wound again. I wanted to know and keep the memory for the rest of my life. And I will always know for the rest of my life: He was shot from the front.“
The lawyer Mark Lane published the film “Rush to Judgment” in 1966. In it, numerous witnesses stated that Kennedy was shot not only from behind, but also from the front, from a nearby grassy knoll.
These facts make it clear that there must have been several shooters and that the fatal shot was fired from the front. Is there a lead to the perpetrators?
In 2023, the news magazine COMPACT published an interview with the now 82-year-old CIA agent James E. Files. In this recording, he reveals how the assassination attempt on John F. Kennedy was planned and carried out. In his statement, Files explains how he fired the fatal shot at John F. Kennedy. In his confession, he also names Charles Nicoletti and Johnny Roselli as the other shooters involved.
Here is the report by COMPACT:
„We present to you today: John F. Kennedy's true murderer – a CIA man!“
„He describes what happened that day as follows: He was on the grassy knoll in front of Kennedy’s car. Behind Kennedy in the Dal-Tex building was Nicoletti. Nicoletti, shot from behind, and he (James E. Files) shot from the front.
The Confession of James E. Files
„And at that point, when they started proceeding down Elm Street, shots started being fired from behind. And I assumed that it was Mr. Nicoletti because he was the one that was in the building, and I knew that Johnny Roselli was there. And even though the president was being hit with the rounds, I was considering it a miss because I knew that we were going for a headshot on the president. And when I got to the point where I thought it would be the last field of fire, I had zeroed in to the left side of the head there that I had because if I waited any longer, then Jacqueline Kennedy would have been in the line of fire. And I had been instructed for nothing to happen to her. And at that moment, I figured this is my last chance for a shot, and he still had not been hit in the head. So as I fired that round, Mr. Nicoletti and I had fired approximately at the same time as the head started forward, then it went backward. And when I would have to say that his shell struck approximately one -thousandth of a second ahead of mine, maybe, that's what started pushing the head forward, which caused me to miss in the left eye, and I came in on the left side of the temple.“
In another, almost 3-hour interview from 2003 and in his book: „Primary Target: JFK - How the CIA Used the Chicago Mob to Kill the President“ James E. Files described the assassination of John F. Kennedy in greater detail.
In this interview he states that the CIA contracted the Mafia to carry out the assassination and kill Kennedy.
University Professor and Author Jerome Kroth describes the statements made by Files as surprisingly credible and says that his story about the assassination was the most credible and convincing.
COMPACT publisher Jürgen Elsässer adds the following:
„The confessing assassin also said that he bit into the shell of the bullet he shot and left it at the grassy knoll. This piece of evidence was actually found in 1987.“
What is known about the other two co-conspirators that Files names in his confession – Charles Nicoletti and Johnny Roselli? Here is what COMPACT's Jürgen Elsässer has to say about that:
„In the 70s a committee of the US-Senate conducted another investigation and they called Roselli – who was involved alongside Files that day – to testify about the assassination of President Kennedy. He is heard briefly. The session is to be repeated and he is recalled three months later but does not appear. Now we are in August of 1976. Shortly therafter he is found, legs sawed off in a oil drum drowned near Miami, Florida.
„Nicoletti is murdured in 1977 with three headshots. And the Mafia Boss Sam Giancana also is murdured shortly before he is set to testify before a Senate Committee already in 1975. Giacana confimed that Roselli was part of it.“
„All of these poeple are gotten rid of. So only James E. Files remains. He is detained for other reasons and ends up in jail. In 1988 he is released from prison. Then he endures several attempts on his life including shootings and getting run over on his motorcycle. In 1994 when he is back in prison for another reason he decides to give his interview and open up about the Kennedy case.
Files' statement was recorded on March 22, 1994 in the Stateville Correctional Center in Illinois and made available to the public in 1996.
It is noteworthy that although this confession has been available as a video recording for everyone to see since then, the judiciary has refrained from further investigations. In every murder case or crime, a confession by the murderer provides an urgent reason for a new investigation and inquiry. Why did the judiciary ignore these statements for 30 years and not investigate? With this important statement on the presidential assassination, there is at least more than an initial suspicion and yes - even a confession (!).
James E. Files' statements on the circle of perpetrators correspond 1:1 with the investigative Kla.TV documentary “60 years after John F. Kennedy’s assassination – Masterminds revealed”. This Kla.TV production already showed in 2023 why the US secret services the CIA and FBI are preventing the investigation and also why the official investigation commissions are concealing the actual connections and background from the public.
Now is the time for hidden abuses of power to be exposed and for whistleblowers to lay the facts on the table. While the mainstream media remain silent or discredit weighty witnesses, Kla.TV REPORTS!
The more the official judiciary remains silent and blocks investigations, the more an independent and genuine judiciary will emerge. The truth will prevail!
