Moderator: Elias, you were responsible for the technical implementation of the Kla.TV-Offline project. Tell us, how does it work behind the scenes? Explain it to us a bit. Elias: Sure, I’m glad to share! We worked with international teams for weeks on the technical implementation of this project. Hundreds of people were involved, from concept to development to translation into over 85 languages. And I think the product turned out really great. Especially because it runs on all operating systems without any installation. So just double-click and you have your own offline website available, and it’s really easy to duplicate. That was also very important to us during development, that it is not complicated, but that it really can be duplicated with very simple means. But what really is valuable of course is the content, the thousands of film productions stored on the hard disk. My sister once did the math and came to the conclusion that the work value of the products on the hard drive alone could exceed a billion euros. That’s crazy. Now this Kla.TV offline product was only possible because countless people invest their free time on a voluntary basis. This is also our strength at Kla.TV. And all these people have a very, very big heart for uncensored reporting. Otherwise we would never be able to implement such projects. But it is necessary to carry out such projects because the system media, especially the public broadcasters, are no longer doing their job. They have become accomplices and henchmen of warmongers and that is why the population is now rising, and doing the broadcasters job on voluntary basis. Moderator: Yes, that’s true. Viewers are certainly also interested in the question of why we are running this campaign and why we are putting so much heart and soul into it, combined with financial expenditure. I mean, a 2 terabyte hard disk costs a little over 60 euros and you just give it away and inspire people to do the same. How does that work? Elias: Yes, the project was received and implemented with incredible enthusiasm, so it was really amazing. But I think that’s because it’s simply necessary these days and also meets the pulse of our age. And the project has a future! That’s why we’re tackling it with so much enthusiasm. As they say, offline is the new ‚organic‘. Offline is also becoming a trend at the moment, because most awakened people and free media are simply at the point where they are confronted with all kinds of sanctions. Total censorship of opinion is approaching. By that I mean blocking on social media, lawsuits, house searches, arrests or simply targeted slander, yes, even account blocking and so on. Unfortunately, this has simply become too common in the free investigative movement scene. Hundreds of thousands of valuable investigative reports have been radically deleted from the internet in the last ten years alone. And we are also affected. We had to take the documentary “Covert warmongers revealed“, which was about Gaza, off the Internet because we had to pay a hefty fine and the video was banned by the courts. Once again it is quite clear that the secret power elite is doing everything in its power to prevent the world from finding out about the unbelievable extent to which we are being lied to, deceived and robbed. And backing up the most important documents of our times offline all over the world, is well worth the purchasing of two hard drives. Not least as evidence for future court cases, So you can use this campaign to secure really valuable knowledge, but also to network directly regionally, to get to know others in your area personally, to create connections from person to person. And that in my opinion really is the best thing we can do at this time. Moderator: In the freedom movement in general, you keep hearing about shadow banning. Is Kla.TV-Offline also a measure against this? Elias: Shadow banning means that AI algorithms simply deamplify all internet content that doesn’t fit into the predetermined narrative. And since AI algorithms have largely taken over the tasks of fact-checkers, you can really see how censorship on the internet has taken on a completely new dimension. So the tech giants have developed AI algorithms so that posts on social media are simply no longer delivered, or delivery is very restricted, and you simply can’t reach the masses on social media anymore. In practice, this has the effect that you disappear from the news feeds or simply no longer appear in the search. Subscribers are no longer informed. As a practical example, we have gatheres over 130,000 subscribers at our German YouTube Channel since 2012, which is quite a lot. And we used to have millions of views each week. Today, with the same number of subscribers, we only achieve a few hundred to a few thousand views per video. So if we didn’t have our own independent distribution channels, we would all be quite discouraged. That’s really what most independent media experience who do investigative reporting. The social media channels get shut down or they sink into shadow banning. It is said to have a huge impact on motivation. This is a huge drain on the motivation of media professionals and investigative educators. And it is meant to kill them financially in the end. That is one of the main goals. And if we now come up with projects like Kla.TV-Offline, we will create new courage in the freedom movement and show that we can stick together and overcome such attacks together. Kla.TV does include countless productions by the most courageous investigative educators of our time, so the broadest possible dissemination is really beneficial for all of us.
