The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) Following the worldwide establishment of central banks, the Bank for International Settlement (BIS) was founded in 1930. It is one of the most powerful financial institutions in the world, whose most important task is to coordinate the monetary policy of central banks, monitor the global financial system for them and regulate the banking system. All national central banks are administratively subordinate to the BIS and thus strictly subject to its regulations and directives. Any country whose central bank does not subordinate itself to the BIS is usually excluded from the WTO [World Trade Organization], the IMF [International Monetary Fund] and thus from the global monetary union, which has devastating economic consequences. At the same time, however, the BIS also protects all states that allow themselves to be ruled by it and show themselves to be compliant. This makes clear that the BIS is not only the hub of the global banking system, but also an international instrument of power and control. The special thing about it is that it can act completely independently and is free from state control and political interference. The BIS building cannot be entered by the police and its deposits and assets are also protected from access by the authorities. Its employees enjoy tax exemption and even diplomatic immunity. The 18-member Board of Directors of the BIS consists of the heads of the world's most important central banks, who all have one thing in common: They are not elected by anyone and are not accountable to anyone. In his book “Tragedy and Hope”, the renowned US historian Carroll Quigley sums up the objectives pursued by high-grade masonic high finance in founding the BIS as follows. He wrote: “The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. [...] The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements!” When implementing this plan, the primary goal of these puppet masters was obviously to vanish completely from the public spotlight. While the bankster clans were still acting rather directly when the Fed [US central bank Federal Reserve] was created, only J.P. Morgan Jr. was still openly active when the BIS was founded. Apart from him, a group of second-tier American bankers is responsible for its foundation. These included, among others, Hjalmar Schacht, Owen D. Young, Thomas William Lamont, Seymour Parker Gilbert and Gates McGarrah. If you look at the background of these bankers, it is striking that they were all freemasons and also had close links to Morgan, Warburg and Rockefeller. The latter three can thus be unmasked as the actual puppet masters in the founding of the BIS. Officially, the BIS was founded as a stock company in which almost all European national banks are shareholders. As the Rothschilds in turn control the national central banks, according to Stephen Goodson, former director of the South African Reserve Bank, control of the BIS is also entirely in the hands of this clan. Although the national central banks have now been largely nationalized on the surface, the Rothschilds and the other banksters either have the blocking minority [the ability of a minority to prevent a particular decision in a vote] or are protected in the respective national law in such a way that their dominant position over the central bank is secured. As with the Bank of England, the City of London and the US Federal Reserve, the Rothschilds and the other banksters also misused this hub for their crimes. During the Second World War, the BIS served as a money-laundering station for the gold plundered by the Nazis and their loot from the persecution of the Jews. In addition, they also financed Hitler’s war preparations. Behind the public’s back, the financial mafia thus helped to organize the Second World War, in which 40 to 84 million people lost their lives, according to official figures. Moreover, they never missed an opportunity to enrich themselves. The World Bank and the IMF The next major step towards establishing a global financial dictatorship was taken at the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944. There, the US dollar was elevated to dominant global reserve currency, making the privately controlled Fed the world’s leading central bank and consolidating the USA’s position as a new world power. At the same time, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank were founded and the course was set for the setting up of the World Trade Organization (WTO). They are among the most powerful international financial institutions, to which almost all countries in the world belong. The World Bank’s official task is to finance long-term development and reconstruction projects, while the IMF supports over-indebted countries with loans in order to stabilize the financial system. The basis for this reorganization of the world after World War II was the legendary “War and Peace Studies” of the Council on Foreign Relations CFR. In addition to the founding of the IMF and the World Bank, this also led to the founding of NATO and the UN. They were implemented under US President Franklin D. Roosevelt, in particular by US Treasury Secretary Henry Morgenthau Jr, his confidant Harry Dexter White and the British economist John Maynard Keynes. Since all of these were high-degree freemasons and the CFR is also a control center of high-degree masonic high finance, it becomes clear that the Bretton Woods Conference established a world economic and monetary order in the interests of these puppet masters. It therefore comes as no surprise that, according to the statements of former agent of the US foreign intelligence service NSA John Perkins, these two global financial institutions serve a completely different purpose. US economic hitmen then went into action, blackmailing governments and forcing them to sell off their country's resources to corporations. These debts were then misused to force the respective governments to pursue policies in the interests of big business and against their own people. For example, they had to open their markets to international corporations and foreign goods, privatize their state property and state-owned companies, cut subsidies and implement tough cost-cutting measures, particularly in the social sector. The countries were downright sold out, while at the same time the domestic middle-class economy was destroyed by cheap imported goods and the population impoverished. As a result, a large part of the global infrastructure is now under the control of major investors, while national financial institutions have been taken over by major international banks. Since the economic independence of the countries was also broken in this way, the banksters managed to ensure that these remained permanently trapped in a debt spiral of high finance. In outward presentation, the IMF is dominated by the USA, as it has the largest voting share and therefore no decision can be made without its approval. The World Trade Organization – WTO The World Trade Organization (WTO), founded in 1995, is the further development of the “General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade” (GATT), which was also concluded as a result of the Bretton Woods Agreement. Alongside the World Bank and the IMF, it forms the third pillar of the Bretton Woods system and works closely with them. It forms the basis of the international world trade order and also of international economic law and therefore has enormous power. Its official aim is to promote international trade and settle trade disputes. However, this mainly benefits the multinational corporations dominated by high finance, as the WTO rules are designed to concentrate more and more power and wealth in the hands of a few. For example, all WTO member states were forced to make everything patentable, even plants, animals and humans, and to liberalize their markets. As a result, developing countries have been flooded with highly subsidized food, which destroys the livelihoods of small farmers, for example, and also leads to impoverishment. Ostensibly, agreements in the WTO are reached unanimously. In practice, however, the decisions are dominated by the four most powerful members, the USA, EU, Japan and Canada. As a result, the WTO, just like the IMF and the World Bank, turns out to be an institution for the exploitation and subjugation of the respective countries. It is therefore not surprising that an extremely influential high-degree freemason was also responsible for its foundation: Peter Sutherland. He was a member of six powerful primary lodges, a member of the Committee of 300, sat on the steering committee of the Bilderbergers, was Honorary Chairman of the Trilateral Commission and also the first Director-General of the WTO. Conclusion: Looking at the backgrounds and puppet masters behind the creation of the BIS, the IMF, the World Bank and the WTO, it becomes clear that the high-degree freemasons, with the Rothschilds at their head, have relentlessly and step by step established a shadow world dominion. According to a study by the Institute of International Finance (IIF), global debt reached a record level of USD 337.7 trillion in September 2025. The US debt alone, amounting to over 38 trillion dollars, means that over one trillion dollars in interest has to be paid every year. This means that nations have to pay unimaginably high sums year after year for interest alone. Interest on money that was created out of nothing. As a result, the poor are becoming poorer and poorer, while the wealth of the super-rich is being concentrated among fewer and fewer people. The richest ten percent of the world's population now own around 85 percent of total net financial assets. The Rothschilds’ extremely concealed total assets alone are estimated by experts to amount to around two to several hundred trillion dollars. The growth in the wealth of the super-rich is also alarming. According to the development aid organization Oxfam, it grew three times as fast in 2024 as in 2023.
