De druk op de artsen is verhoogd. Wie te weinig vaccineert, wordt gestraft met een korting op de extra vergoeding. Deze regeling trad in Duitsland op 1 januari 2026 in werking. Artsen worden verplicht om bij ten minste 25 procent van alle patiënten per jaar vaccinaties uit te voeren. Wordt dit niet gehaald, dan wordt 40 procent van de extra vergoeding geschrapt!
Karl Lauterbach, Duits minister van Volksgezondheid van 2021 tot 2025, is de initiatiefnemer van deze wijziging. Uitgerekend hij zou momenteel worden genoemd als mogelijke nieuwe WHO-chef. Met deze druk op de artsen wordt een verdere stap gezet in de richting van vaccinatiedwang. Om het met de woorden van Beate Bahner te zeggen: "Dat is corruptie in zijn puurste vorm."

De druk op artsen in Duitsland om te vaccineren wordt enorm opgevoerd door een nieuwe regeling inzake de forfaitaire vergoeding*1. Deze maatregel trad op 1 januari 2026 in werking voor huisartsenpraktijken in Duitsland. De forfaitaire vergoeding is een aanvullende vergoeding voor huisartsenpraktijken die door de wettelijke ziektekostenverzekeraars en dus uiteindelijk door de burger wordt betaald. Vroeger ontving in principe elke huisartsenpraktijk de forfaitaire vergoeding. Sinds dit jaar wordt gecontroleerd of de praktijk daadwerkelijk de typische diensten van de huisartsenzorg verleent. Daaronder vallen voor het eerst preventieve vaccinaties. Voldoende vaccinatiequotum draagt bij aan toeslagen op die forfaitaire vergoeding. Zo moet in het eerste tot en met het derde kwartaal ten minste 7% en in het vierde kwartaal ten minste 25% van de patiënten worden gevaccineerd. Van de 1.000 patiënten in het vierde kwartaal van het jaar zouden dus 250 patiënten een vaccinatie moeten krijgen. De forfaitaire vergoeding kan echter ook worden verlaagd. Als een huisartsenpraktijk minder dan 10 vaccinaties per kwartaal uitvoert, wordt de forfaitaire vergoeding met 40% verlaagd. Wat zijn nu de gevolgen van deze regeling? In plaats van de huisartsenpraktijken financieel te ondersteunen, worden ze in een gewetensconflict gedreven. Want door de financiële druk wordt vaccineren sterk geforceerd, zonder te controleren of dit ook bijdraagt aan de gezondheid van de patiënt. Bovendien wordt er totaal geen rekening gehouden met de mogelijke risico’s en letselschade als gevolg van vaccinatie. Alleen al op Vetopedia.org zijn tot nu toe meer dan 65.000 gevallen van vaccinatieletselschade openbaar gedocumenteerd*2. De initiatiefnemer van deze wijziging van de forfaitaire vergoeding is Karl Lauterbach, de Duitse minister van Volksgezondheid van 2021 tot 2025. Karl Lauterbach is geen onbekende, zoals ook uit zijn politieke loopbaan tot nu toe blijkt. Volgens Der Spiegel stond Lauterbach erom bekend dat hij in opdracht van de farmaceutische industrie geneesmiddelenonderzoeken uitvoerde. Alleen al in het jaar 2000 "verdiende" hij meer dan 800.000 euro aan zogenaamde externe financiering. Zo was hij betrokken bij het onderzoek naar het cholesterolverlagende middel Lipobay van het farmaceutische bedrijf Bayer. Dit geneesmiddel moest echter weer uit de handel worden genomen vanwege ten minste 2.500 sterfgevallen wereldwijd. De vroegtijdige waarschuwingen over de gevaren van dit geneesmiddel, werden, door zowel Karl Lauterbach als de fabrikant Bayer, genegeerd. In april 2023 drong hij aan op een noodvergunning voor een coronavaccin, zonder goedkeuring van het Europees Geneesmiddelenbureau (EMA), zonder voldoende onderzoek en ook zonder resultaten op lange termijn! Meer informatie over Karl Lauterbach vindt u in de uitgezonden uitzending*3. Karl Lauterbach wordt momenteel genoemd als mogelijke nieuwe WHO-directeur. Als je kijkt naar de doelstellingen van de WHO, zou Karl Lauterbach, als degene die dit reeds toepast, perfect in het plaatje passen. In april 2020 publiceerde de WHO, samen met haar 194 lidstaten, de "Immunization Agenda 2030", oftewel de Vaccinatieagenda 2030. Om rekening te houden met regionale omstandigheden en doelstellingen heeft de WHO Europa de daarop gebaseerde "European Immunization Agenda 2030" met instemming van alle lidstaten aangenomen. De doelstellingen van de vaccinatieagenda 2030 zijn onder meer: • Versterking van nationale vaccinatiestrategieën • Het opsporen en wegwerken van hiaten in de vaccinatiegraad Zou het kunnen dat deze forfaitaire vergoeding ook is ingevoerd omdat mensen door de vele schade van vaccinaties terughoudender zijn geworden ten aanzien van vaccinaties? De forfaitaire vergoeding is in ieder geval een middel om de vaccinatiegraad te verhogen. Deze druk op artsen speelt de WHO, de farmaceutische industrie en de politiek in de kaart. Hiermee is weer een stap gezet in de richting van vaccinatieverplichting. Advocaat en gespecialiseerd advocaat in medisch recht Beate Bahner zei hierover tijdens een perssymposium het volgende: "Dat is immers geen vergoeding voor medische diensten, maar een boete voor het niet verrichten van zogenaamde medische diensten. Dat is natuurlijk in strijd met het systeem en laat zien hoezeer het om chantage gaat. Het laat de druk en de corruptie zien, die nu stiekem plaatsvinden, net zoals men tijdens de corona de artsen ongelooflijk hoge vergoedingen heeft betaald voor de vaccinaties.
