USA bombardierte Krankenhaus - Versehen oder Kriegsverbrechen?
Während der russischen Luftangriffe in Syrien vom 30. September 2015 bis 14. März 2016 auf Ziele des Islamischen Staates wurde in den Medien immer wieder von zivilen Opfern gesprochen.
Dabei wurde Russland bezichtigt, zivile Krankenhäuser zerstört zu haben.
Die Beweise dafür waren aber mehr als dürftig. Kla.TV berichtete bereits dazu. Offenkundig und
bewiesen allerdings ist die Zerstörung des letzten Krankenhauses der Organisation “Ärzte ohne Grenzen“ im afghanischen Kundus.
„Kollateralschaden“, also ein unbeabsichtigter oder eventuell „in Kauf genommener“ Begleitschaden in Zielnähe - so bezeichnete das US-Militär den Vorfall, bei dem 42 Menschen starben.
Dieser wurde durch das US-Militär, die NATO und die afghanischen Streitkräfte untersucht.
Ihr Ergebnis lautete: Der Angriff am 4. September 2015 sei Folge menschlichen Versagens.
Angeblich hätten die US-Streitkräfte nicht gewusst, dass es sich um ein Krankenhaus handelte.
Doch Vorher-Nachher-Bilder belegen eine chirurgische Präzision des Bombardements, was einem
beiläufigen Angriff klar widerspricht. Weiter hatte „Ärzte ohne Grenzen“ allen Kriegsparteien mehrfach genaue Geodaten des Krankenhauses übermittelt. Dieses war zudem aus der Luft durch große, markierte Tücher auf den Dächern klar als
solches erkennbar. Auch wurde die NATO-Zentrale in Kabul sofort über den Angriff informiert –
trotzdem ging das Bombardement eine Stunde weiter. Jason Cone, Geschäftsführer der '“Ärzte ohne Grenzen“, bezeichnet die US-Erklärung als „ungenügend“. Es reiche nicht aus, wenn die Täter die einzigen Ermittler sind. „Ärzte ohne Grenzen“ sammelte bisher in einer Petition über 550.000 Stimmen -Stand Dezember 2015-für eine unabhängige Untersuchung durch die Internationale Humanitäre Ermittlungskommission IHFFC. Doch die USA und Afghanistan lehnen weitere Aufklärung ab. Somit muss der Präsidentin von „Ärzte ohne Grenzen“ Melanie Nicolai zugestimmt werden, welche diesen abscheulichen Angriff des US-Militärs als eine schwere Übertretung internationalen humanitären Rechts bezeichnete – und damit als Kriegsverbrechen.
