Kodet e statusit të shëndetit dhe vaksinimit Covid janë të disponueshme që nga janari 2023 me nxitjen e OBSH-së. Në varësi të kodit, mund të ketë kufizime udhëtimi dhe të ngjashme. A është këtu në horizont trajtimi dhe përjashtimi i veçantë, qoftë edhe gjenocidi? Tani bëhet emocionuese: Në samitin e G20 në 2022, krerët e shteteve dhe qeverive të 20 ekonomive më të mëdha shpallën qëllimin e mëposhtëm të përbashkët: Do të prezantohet një sistem global i kartave të vaksinimit dixhital bazuar në standardet e OBSH-së. Vetëm ata që kanë ID-në e kartës së vaksinimit dixhital në celularin e tyre mund të udhëtojnë ndërkombëtarisht. Konsulenti kryesor i WEF-it, Yuval Noah Harari, tashmë ka bërë të ditur se kjo teknologji survejimi nuk duhet të instalohet vetëm në celular, por në një hap tjetër “nën lëkurë”. Grupet e tëra të popullsisë, p.sh. të pavaksinuarit dhe pjesërisht të vaksinuarit, mund të përjashtohen nga jeta e përditshme. Gjithçka që duhej bërë ishte shpallja e një “urgjence ndërkombëtare shëndetësore”, siç parashikohet në ligjin e ri të OBSH-së për pandeminë. Kemi të bëjmë këtu me një pushtim flagrant të privatësisë, në të vërtetë me cenim të të drejtave të njeriut. Në lidhje me këto kode, u zbulua në fillim të shkurtit 2023 se mësuesit e qytetit të Nju Jorkut që nuk vaksinuan po “etiketoheshin” në dosjet e tyre të personelit. Kjo rezultoi në dërgimin e gjurmëve të gishtave të saj në FBI dhe Departamentin e Drejtësisë Penale të qytetit të Nju Jorkut. Qëllimi i kësaj mase është ende i paqartë. Por ish-mësuesi i shkollës publike, Michael Kane, themeluesi i Teachers for Choice, ka një parandjenjë: Domethënë, "që mësuesit e pavaksinuar në Nju Jork duhet të konsiderohen "ekstremistë të krahut të djathtë" apo edhe "terroristë", tha fjalë për fjalë Kane. Megjithatë, çdo trajtim i tillë i veçantë i grupeve etnike është i ndaluar sipas Kartës së OKB-së. Arsyeja është e qartë: stigmatizimi i hebrenjve në Gjermaninë naziste me anë të një "ylli hebre", të cilin hebrenjtë duhej ta mbanin në mënyrë të dukshme, çoi në mënyrë të pashmangshme në persekutimin e hebrenjve. Nën këtë përshtypje, popujt arritën një marrëveshje të veçantë pas Luftës së Dytë Botërore. Në Konventën e OKB-së të 9 dhjetorit 1948 nuk u dënua vetëm gjenocidi, por edhe çdo fazë paraprake. Ky mund të jetë një trajtim i veçantë i grupeve etnike që u shkatërron mjetet e jetesës dhe u shkakton dëme mendore. Ky pasazh u përfshi gjithashtu në Kodin Penal Gjerman më 9 gusht 1954 si neni 220a. A nuk është e këshillueshme që me vendosmëri të insistohet në këto të drejta të lirisë dhe vetëvendosjes? A nuk duhet shfuqizuar kjo stigmë e imponuar nga OBSH përpara se të fillojë një tjetër gjenocid, këtë herë kundër grupit të pavaksinuar?
