De 194 lidstaten van de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie zijn eind 2021 in een speciale zitting overeengekomen om tegen 2024 een internationaal verdrag op te stellen ter bescherming tegen toekomstige crisissen, veroorzaakt door infectieziekten. Dit “Internationaal Verdrag inzake voorzorg voor pandemieën” moet zogezegd de bescherming van de gezondheid van de mensheid waarborgen. Maar dr. Vincent Carroll, volksgezondheidsarts en voorzitter van het ARC Centrum voor hulp bij kanker, luidt de noodklok. Wat menslievend lijkt, blijkt bij nader onderzoek een instrument van totale ontmenselijking te zijn. Maar hoe dan wel? Dr. Vincent Carroll: “Het is een verdrag waarbij 190 landen betrokken zijn. Waarin alle toekomstige pandemieën op vele, vele verschillende manieren kunnen worden geclassificeerd of gedefinieerd, dus niet alleen infectieziekten, maar ook pandemieën van hartziekten en kanker. De definitie kan dus zeer, zeer breed worden opgevat. Maar het resultaat komt erop neer dat zodra een (dergelijke) pandemie wordt uitgeroepen, de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie het commando overneemt en de beslissingen van soevereine regeringen terzijde schuift. Met andere woorden, de soevereiniteit wordt volledig overgedragen aan een internationale wereldwijde organisatie die de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie heet. En de Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie is vastbesloten om dit uiterlijk mei 2024 te realiseren..” De onafhankelijke onderzoeksjournalist James Corbett legt uit dat het WHO-pandemieverdrag een directe aanval is op de soevereiniteit van de lidstaten en ook een directe aanval op uw lichamelijke autonomie. Hier is een fictief scenario: Volgens de WHO zou uit de statistieken kunnen blijken dat hartaanvallen toenemen en als een bedreiging voor de mensheid tot pandemie moeten worden verklaard. De nieuwe gezondheids-AI van de WHO maakt een prognose waar de oorzaken liggen. In dit fictieve voorbeeld: te veel algemene vleesconsumptie. En van de ene op de andere dag zou de vleesconsumptie worden verminderd. Hoe? Per internationaal decreet van de WHO; net zoals met het wereldwijd dragen van maskers of het verbod op uitgaan en samenkomen. De digitale munt zou ook geblokkeerd kunnen worden voor vlees. Zoals financieel expert Ernst Wolff uitlegt, is digitaal geld geen volwaardig betaalmiddel, maar één dat “aan voorwaarden gebonden” kan worden, dat wil zeggen dat het beperkt kan worden. Als alternatief voor vlees zou de WHO dan verplicht gemodificeerd “gezond” eiwit uit insecten kunnen voorschrijven, op basis van de prognoses van zijn gezondheids-AI, zoals actuele EU-verordeningen al een sombere voorbeschouwing daarvan zijn. Volgens anti-extremisme activist Maajid Nawaz dient het WHO pandemie verdrag als een achterdeur naar een wereldwijd imperium. Vandaar de conclusie van dr. Carroll: Het pandemieverdrag moet tegen elke prijs worden gestopt.
