国际禁毒日，也称为“世界禁毒日”，每年6月26日举行。该节日由联合国大会于1987年设立，旨在打击毒品滥用现象。联合国方面，为"世界毒品日"启动毒品和犯罪问题办公室负责国家毒品和犯罪问题办公室。谁但对毒品问题负责吗？而即政府组织公开参与打击毒瘾的斗争, 表演节目Kla.TV 在"世界毒品日"之际，我们今天在例如美国，在国际种植和贸易药物的背景下它甚至得到国家的支持。美国政府是否促进贩毒？乍一看，这个问题似乎是矛盾的，因为美国总统几十年来一直在说他们希望遏制在该国使用非法药物。因此，理查德尼克松（1969-1974总统）在1971中宣布了"毒品战争"。美国总统罗纳德·里根（1981-1989年）在1982年也公开这样做了，理由是非法毒品对国家安全构成了威胁。里根的副总统、前中央情报局局长、后来的总统乔治·W·布什开始利用中央情报局和军队来减少国外的毒品种植和贩运。但里根和布什的声明到底有多认真呢？现任美国总统唐纳德·特朗普最近抱怨说，自1999年以来，美国因阿片类药物过量导致的死亡人数增加了近四倍。 2017年10月，由于美国鸦片危机，特朗普宣布进入“国家紧急状态”，并谈到了遏制该危机的具体措施。那么，有什么迹象表明国际毒品交易——特朗普现在似乎正在打击——是由美国政府推动的呢？根据调查记者艾比·马丁的研究，塔利班在2000年之前出于宗教原因基本消除了阿富汗的鸦片种植。2001年美国入侵阿富汗后，海洛因种植在随后的几年里大幅增加。尽管美军控制着整个地区，但罂粟田并未遭到打击。相反，人们观察到，农业技术的应用使毒品种植实现了现代化，产量也在持续增长。目前，全球90%的鸦片产自阿富汗。根据全球研究组织（GLOBAL RESEARCH）的一份报告，恢复阿富汗的鸦片生产以及与其相关的数十亿美元的生意是阿富汗战争的目标之一。在阿富汗，目前约有六分之一的3000万居民吸毒。据各种报道称，入侵后，美军仍然驻扎在阿富汗，以保护罂粟田和运输路线。美国政府卷入数十亿美元的毒品交易并非个案。早在1986年——里根执政的第六年——已于2018年1月27日去世的调查记者罗伯特·帕里就揭露了中央情报局策划的一系列涉及恐怖主义、武器和毒品交易的复杂事件。中情局在尼加拉瓜支持反政府武装，他们对平民犯下了最残忍的罪行，以对抗美国希望推翻的尼加拉瓜政府。反政府武装的秘密行动由中情局贩毒所得的收入提供资金。中央情报局为他们提供了必要的掩护，使他们能够将大量可卡因（每周高达1.5吨）直接运往美国。这场后来被称为伊朗门事件的丑闻，引发了美国国会的调查。然而，此事并未得到完全公开澄清，毒品交易的问题也被尽可能地忽略了。二十年后，2007年，一架载有数吨可卡因的中央情报局运输机在墨西哥坠毁。因此，毒品交易继续得到最高层的支持。每年一度的国际禁毒日旨在呼吁人们共同打击毒品滥用现象。然而，上述事实表明，与此同时，美国政府机构却在推动毒品的进口和生产。只要这个毒品问题的根源没有彻底消除，而是继续蔓延，那么每年一度的世界禁毒日就只是个借口，未来仍会继续出现无数毒品危机和受害者。
