Themeluesi dhe kryetari ekzekutiv i Forumit Ekonomik Botëror, Klaus Schwab, është forca lëvizëse prapa Rivendosjes së Mrekullueshme (Great Reset) të planifikuar. Ai pranon hapur se kjo do të thotë për njerëzit në mbarë botën se liria personale do të humbet plotësisht: "Mjetet e Revolucionit të Katërt Industrial mundësojnë forma të reja të mbikëqyrjes dhe mjeteve të tjera të kontrollit që bien ndesh me shoqëritë e hapura dhe të shëndetshme."
