Pas disa ditësh në paraburgim, Durow u lirua në kushte të rrepta. Ai duhet të paguajë 5 milionë euro garanci, nuk lejohet të largohet nga vendi dhe duhet të paraqitet në polici disa herë në javë. Ai përballet me mbi 10 vite burg. Akuza: Durow thuhet se nuk ka bërë mjaftueshëm për të luftuar përdorimin kriminal të shërbimit të tij të mesazheve. Hetimi ka të bëjë me dymbëdhjetë krime të mundshme. Këto përfshijnë: ndihmën dhe nxitjen për posedimin e imazheve pornografike të fëmijëve, trafikun e drogës dhe mashtrimin e organizuar. Arrestimi shkaktoi një bujë ndërkombëtare: Edward Snowden e quajti arrestimin e Durow në kanalin e tij X "një sulm ndaj të drejtave themelore të njeriut të lirisë së shprehjes dhe tubimit." Tatyana Moskalkova, komisionerja ruse për të drejtat e njeriut, e përshkroi arsyen e vërtetë të arrestimit si "një përpjekje për të mbyllur Telegram". A është larguar Pavel Durov fjalë për fjalë nga themeluesi i WEF Klaus Schwab apo ai në fund të fundit po i shtyn qëllimet e axhendës së WEF? Kjo nuk mund të vlerësohet në mënyrë përfundimtare. Fakti është se Telegram ishte pothuajse e vetmja platformë kryesore e mediave sociale që lejoi raportime kritike gjatë periudhës së Koronës. Që nga viti 2020, Telegram është zhvilluar në një zë qendror për shpërndarjen e raportimit të paanshëm. Telegrami është kthyer në një flluskë lajmesh Miliona njerëz janë bashkuar edhe në vendet gjermanishtfolëse. Kjo flluskë mund të shpërthejë. A jemi të përgatitur për këtë?
