Hiệp hội Thụy Sĩ “Schutzinitiative” đã thông báo trong ấn bản mùa đông năm 2025 của tạp chí hiệp hội rằng một nghệ nhân Thụy Sĩ đã phải ngồi tù 10 ngày vì một bài đăng chỉ trích trên mạng xã hội. Tuyên bố của ông: "[...] nếu bạn khai quật những người chuyển giới sau 200 năm, bạn sẽ chỉ tìm thấy 'đàn ông hoặc phụ nữ' dựa trên bộ xương.
