Flere og flere forældre er bekymrede for deres børns velfærd, som de ser truet af Corona-reglerne. Og det er på ingen måde uberettiget: eksperter fra hele verden peger på de potentielle sundhedsmæssige, psykologiske og sociale farer. Obligatorisk maskebrug, afstand, digitaliseret undervisning og meget mere efterlader dybe ar på de modne børn med uforudsigelige skader på lang sigt. Forældrene søgte hjælp og henvendte sig til familieretterne. Juridiske eksperter, som f.eks. den tidligere dommer Prestien, påpegede, hvorfor netop familieretterne var det rette sted at henvende sig i disse sager. I nogle familieretter fandt bekymrede forældres bekymringer rent faktisk gehør. I marts 2021 beordrede Weilheims familiedomstol i sin afgørelse, at skoleledelsen ikke længere må kræve, at barnet skal bære en mund-næse-beklædning på skolens område. Weilheim District Court besluttede også, at barnet ikke kunne blive isoleret i klassen på grund af afgørelsen. I Weimar, Thüringen, havde familiedomstolen også afgjort, at der ikke var maskepligt på to skoler. Ifølge denne afgørelse er det forbudt for ledelsen og lærerne på de to skoler at påbyde, at der bæres ansigtsmasker af enhver art [...] i undervisningen og på skolens område. Minimumsafstande og deltagelse i Corona-sneltest bør heller ikke kunne beordres efterfølgende. Opmuntret af disse eksempler henvendte en enlig mor i Leipzig sig ifølge internetplatformen reitschuster.de også til familiedomstolen. Den søgte hjælp ikke kun til sine børn, men til alle elever på lige fod. Derfor havde den tydeligvis overspændt stævnen. Under alle omstændigheder måtte hun gøre helt andre erfaringer end forældrene i Weilheim og Weimar. I stedet for den håbede retshjælp til barnets bedste var der forsøg på intimidering og mediehvirvelvind. Man kan ikke undgå at føle, at der skal statueres et eksempel med denne mor for at afskrække andre bekymrede forældre fra at gå denne juridiske vej. Det ser ud til, at der ikke må sættes spørgsmålstegn ved eller røres ved de statslige Corona-forordninger, som om de var en "hellig ko". Det er derfor ikke overraskende, at afgørelsen fra Weimar Familiedomstolen skal omstødes af en anden afgørelse fra en forvaltningsdomstol. Dette fjerner dog på ingen måde børnenes angst og forældrenes bekymringer. Derfor er den primære anbefaling i krisesituationer af enhver art endnu en gang: "Bevar roen". Så det er også her tilrådeligt at undgå al følelsesmæssig stress, at falde til ro først og søge juridisk eksperters fornuftige råd, for at kunne danne sig sin egen mening.
