Pfizer is demanding a worldwide exemption from liability for its mRNA “vaccines”. An exemption from liability means that the company does not have to be liable for any damage resulting from the vaccination. The respective government should take responsibility over this. While the EU has accepted general liability for the Covid vaccines from Pfizer and other Western manufacturers, the Russian news agency TASS reports from India:
Indian Minister of State for Technology and Electronics Rajeev Chandrasekhar wrote on Twitter: “I would like to remind that Pfizer tried to intimidate the Government of India into accepting the indemnity clause for the supply of its Covid 19 vaccine.” […]
The Indian politician’s tweet was a comment on a video in which journalists questioned Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla about the effectiveness of the company’s drug for coronavirus infections.
As Reuters previously reported, in September 2021, the Indian government decided not to buy Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine. […] At the same time, the government refused to accept the U.S. manufacturer’s claim for protection in case of side effects to the use of its products. […]
Independent journalist Thomas Röper formulated the pertinent question on his site www.anti-spiegel.ru: “If the mRNA “vaccine” is as safe as the manufacturers Pfizer and BioNTech – and also politicians and the media – claim, why do the manufacturers insist on exempting themselves from liability?”
